Should have known. Ordered 11/6/25 and it's 12/26/25 and still no products. I emailed their support and they said "we will reorder them" WTF don't do that now... we start all over again!!! I considered them a loss unless they magically appear someday.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! CHECK THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS! I WISH I HAD!!! MY ITEM NEVER ARRIVED! CONTACTED THEM BY EMAIL!! GOT A PATHETIC REPLY!! THEY BLAMED THE POSTAL SERVICE!

Terrible site! Charged my card for the make up bags but never received an email or tracking number for package. Never received the products over a month later. Do not order from this site!

Buyers Beware! Should be 0 star! Like other reviews-ordered make up bags back in November (for Christmas presents) never came! They tell you shipping is on the way-sends you update links for status update but NOT real! Do not Buy please!

This company is sending me an order that I did not place. It is #28880M581905. It is a scam!!!

Purchased from a Facebook ad (red flag #1 - I know!) on 11/9/2025. When my FIVE makeup bags did not arrive, I tracked them and found they were stuck in Italy's customs (red flag #2 ?!??!)...I've written customer service several times and they assure me these are coming - but now I have a new tracking (#3) AND now they show to be coming from Shenzhen China (#4) and it's Dec. 18th...So incredibly disappointed - these were gifts for my co-workers! Seeking a refund now. Wish me luck.

Zero!! They overcharged me even more than I first realized about $60 more! AI responses only, no tracking available, still overseas after 21 days after they said it was shipped. I called my Credit Card company and I am disputing the nearly $200 charge. Stupid me. Don’t buy off a Facebook ad.

Absolutely terrible! It’s been a month in a half and still haven’t received the 3 makeup bags I ordered! They tell me it shipped but they don’t have any updates on where and when and if it will arrive! Completely ridiculous

Absolute garbage. I’ve been waiting a month now. They reply to emails - which is something, I guess - blandly assuring me my make-up bag is on its way and saying if I have questions, just ask. But they don’t answer my questions and the tracking information they provide seems random (different numbers, different companies) and the tracking numbers don’t work. I’ve asked for my money back, which they’ve ignored. They’re complete crooks, I reckon. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 2 bags over one month ago and still have not received the order nor a tracking number. When I contacted the business I was told they have no way of knowing when I will receive it.

Scam. Ordered bag. Never came. Never order from this company. Angry at myself for not verifying first.

Tried to find out where my makeup bag is and the tracking information is horrible! Emailed them and they sad give it a few days. I am going to demand a refund and send the bag back if it ever shows up. Lesson here , research the company before ordering! The one time I didn’t and bam! Scammed!!!!!!

Terrible! This company is awful. Do not order from them. I will likely never see the items I ordered as the "tracking number" they provide is bogus. I wasted my time recovering an overcharge from them through PayPal. They tacked on 30% tax AFTER I submitted my order. Slimey tactics. I don't know how they get away with this crap.

I ordered two make up bags a month ago and none have shown up. I have attempted to track the items only to find out they are somewhere in the US since two weeks ago.

Placed an order on 11/07/25 for three makeup bags. A month later, they have not been received. I contacted the company twice. The company is either out of the country or using customer service agents from another country. They responded with broken English. They sent tracking after my second email, but there are no updates. I will be turning Petitionm into the Federal Trade Commission and the econsumer.gov if they do not provide a refund. Major fraud company.

What was shown /what I ordered was not what I received. The family shown on their website in addition to the woman doing the video had to be fake / copied from elsewhere or perhaps even AI generated . Then forget about their so called customer service trying to offer some ridiculous compensation and then telling you that the return would have to go to China !! I fell for this obvious scam unfortunately.
