I ordered 5 canvases 12x16. All of the canvases were perfect. I ordered the watercolor print of my dogs and cats. The “imperfection” of the cat’s ear in real life was the same in the picture. Each print was 100% exact replica of our animals. They arrived on time and 1 day early.

WOW!

WOW! I was totally blown away with the first canvas they did for me so I ordered another one, a glamor shot, of a beloved cat who'd passed. The photo I sent was iffy but they did a wonderful job!

A professional job!!

There are a ton of pet portrait ads on FB now. I looked at a few and chose petmorph.ai and ordered one for my daughter for Mother's Day. It arrived, I opened it. And WOW! It is absolutely gorgeous. It looks like some great artist did it from a sitting! I cried when I saw it. It is that good.

Found this group on Facebook, went ahead and ordered a portrait of my cat Molly - picture turned out better than expected. Heavy gage paper, bright colors, just perfect. I loved the picture so much that I ordered two more for my daughter’s two cats. Their pictures turned out equally if not better than what I ordered. All pictures have since been framed and hung up!! Great product, excellent pricing and very quick shipping!! Highly recommend this group!!!

Beautiful portrait of my Pomeranian.

I had one done of my Pomeranian. It was absolutely beautiful, much nicer than I expected. It was delivered to my email within a minute and I was able to print it out in the same day. I was so pleased that I'm going to have one done of each of my four cats.

The photo my mother-in-law sent of my…

The photo my mother-in-law sent of my Golden Retriever Shannon looked nothing like the photo I received from your company. The face was different including a much broader nose ans shorter ears. The color of my dog in your photo was darker than my dog who is blonde and gray. I was very disappointed in the results and would never recommend your service to anyone!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — and I'm so sorry to hear the portrait didn't capture Shannon the way you hoped. We work hard to make every portrait feel true to the pet, and clearly we missed the mark here.

Our preview-first process is designed exactly to prevent this — every customer can see the result before paying and regenerate as many times as needed for free. It sounds like the photo may have been ordered as a gift without you seeing the preview first, which is heartbreaking when the result doesn't match your dog.

We'd love the chance to make this right. If you email us at support@petmorph.ai with your order number, we can either remake Shannon's portrait from better photos or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We respond within hours and we'll always do whatever it takes to fix things when something isn't right.

I love this company

I love this company. The ease of ordering, you get to see your finished product before ordering. And shipping was very fast. All three pictures of my pugs turned out amazing and they came ready to hang! Don’t hesitate to order you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love my pet’s portrait! If you have a cat, you know that they are the king or queen of the household. My cat is definitely the queen and her portrait certainly confirms that.

I could not be happier about this impulse purchase! It was a pop-up ad and the sample image was so beautiful that I wanted to give it a try. It was quick and easy, and the end result was better than I could have hoped for. They also responded promptly to me when I commented on one of their posts.
