Great Experience

I was in need of medicine for one of our two felines due to the closing of our veterinary clinic of nearly 20 years. In a quick pivot and subsequent internet search, my wife and I found PetPharmCanada.

And we are so glad we gave them a chance! I had a question or two during the process, and Jim, who either owns or runs the business was very quick when replying to my questions. I was concerned about the route that my package took, and instead of giving me the, "Sorry, it's out of our hands and is a problem for the USPS now."
Instead, Jim shared a humorous anecdote regarding the usps's package trajectory, and assured me that he'd be following the order. Really appreciated that!

I had a great experience with this site. My order was shipped out the same day and arrived in great condition. The meds were good and exactly what I ordered. I’ll definitely be using them again

Yes!!

Yes! This place is the bomb.com. Shipping for me was pretty quick. I've ordered twice and they have come in the time frame paid for. I think the prices are much more reasonable then the over priced vet. Give them a try. It's safe and convient.

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!! Jim from petparmcanada was very rude w/ unnecessary comments. Even after reconfirm card information and address. Save yourself time and your money.

Seriously? That's the review? I had 2 cards that were hacked after shopping at the mall this month. I think it's a thief problem, not a "our company" problem". I am glad your medication arrived and we were able to help your pet. I am not happy you left a negative review for something that we had nothing to do with

I am so grateful I found PetPharmCanada. This is a genuine review because they have always delivered exactly as promised, and so I want others to know that they really are trustworthy. I have placed a couple orders over the past few months, and every time, they have arrived exactly as promised (in fact, one arrived early over a holiday!) and the products are legitimately what is ordered. What you see in the photos are exactly what arrives in the order. And the shipping you pay for is exactly the shipping you get! A sincere THANK YOU to the PetPharmCanada team!!

I rescue and foster dogs

I rescue and foster dogs . Many of them suffer from a number of different medical problems . I just discovered pet pharma canada a few months ago and I have ordered a few medications from them . All were just as they should be . No complaints .

Excellent Service

My order was slightly late, but an employee named Jim emailed me to say the meds were on back order. He gave me the option of refund or waiting. I waited & the meds arrived peomptly. I found Jim to very helpful. Overall good experience. He's not scamming anyone, He's providing an invaluable service, and he's busy, so be nice to him

I was VERY leery after reading some of…

I was VERY leery after reading some of the reviews but I really needed meds for my dog that is prone to UTIs and vet visits are insanely pricey. I ordered on Friday and it shipped that same day and I received the order Monday. I am very happy with how quickly everything went and have zero complaints! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

They genuinely lie

They genuinely lie.
I spent 10 dollars for extradited shipping, they then gave me the cheapest shipping option. When I brought this to attention, they argued, got rude, hostile, refused to provide any assistance whatsoever, and black listed me from further purchases.
They said they were out of gabapentin, that my animal genuinely needed. After multiple checkout attempts, with different emails, I then shipped using a different shipping address and email, and my product arrived.
The products are okay, but without any exaggeration, and zero doubt, they have the most disgustingly horrid customer service I've ever had the extreme misfortune of experiencing.

We are sorry you had a negative experience. I did look up your order and it 100% arrived within the time frame you requested and paid for. Sometimes it can be confusing as to which method of shipping you choose and what that method is called but it can be called bronze, silver or gold shipping or it can be first class, priority or express. You are paying for the time you request, and your order was right on time.

We looked into your order and see you emailed to let us know your dog passed away sadly and we contacted the post office and intercepted the order that was being delivered. I am looking at the refund receipt that was submitted and your order was 100% refunded. If you drop us an email, I can email the refund receipt to you that shows your funds were refunded.

I was skeptical but not anymore!!

I’m not going to lie I was naturally a tad skeptical due to all the scammers nowadays. My 15 year old cat has hyperthyroidism and has been on Methimazole for over a year. As I was running low my vet said he could only prescribe his meds once I bring him in for a $349- visit!!! I didn’t have that amount of money and was freaking out for my cat. I suffer from it as well and know how crappy you feel when you are out. I found petpharma and chose to roll the dice and place an order as it was surprisingly affordable as well. Afterwards I read all these negative comments and was freaking out. I ordered it on Sunday, and got a tracking link the next day that it was in NY. I honestly thought I wouldn’t get it or something would go wrong. Boy was I wrong!!! My package took three days to get here and from NY! I just got it. Max’s medication was in a SEALED pill bottle with the expiration date being 12/2027. I’m SO GRATEFUL I found petpharma canada-and when I emailed them, Jim was kind and answered my question. I’m sorry for those who had a bad experience. I personally am a customer for life. Thanks so much for saving my boy from getting sick again. I highly recommend them.

Jim again

Jim again. No one is very good there at all. I paid for express shipping and the order arrived in the same time as my previous order which was normal shipping. They play games with the shipping date is how they scam you. Don't bother paying extra because even an urgent order is treated lackadaisically. They're probably all high, it's legal there.

Looking at your order details, I see you ordered on a Thursday evening and requested express shipping which takes 1-3 BUSINESS days. The order shipped on Friday morning and was delivered on Tuesday morning which was the 2nd BUSINESS Day which was right on time.

Great vet Rx alternative

Was running low on a medication and needed a refill before I could get our dog back in to renew with local vet. All 3 bottles arrived 6 days later (this was during the Thanksgiving break). Sealed, expiration date and QR code from manufacturer. Everything checked out.
Would definitely buy other medications to have on hand to treat our dogs instead of a $1k emergency vet bill over a holiday weekend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Wow! I should've read the reviews too. Jim is a disgusting human. Jacka is right. The medication i ordered MUST be kept cold. Jim lied to me saying my order shipped and delivered within 19 hours and i have proof (usps) that its been in the mail for at least 4 days. He then gave me multiple different “excuses” (none of which were logical lol) after calling him out on the lie-This is for a medication that should be kept cold btw. When asking for him to fix it he TELLS ME that i dont want it.. No, never said that.. Just asked you to handle the situation properly and resend the medication cold. He THEN says its my problem that it wasn't “delivered in my timeframe”… idc how long it takes; just want the medication cold as it should be. GROSS. POOR customer service. FRAUD. LIARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Fortunately, that conversation didn't go the way you recall. Your order shipped on a Wednesday at 2pm and was delivered on Thursday at 9am via overnight delivery. Looks like we emailed you the tracking information and you saw exactly what we saw. Lastly, we offer a 7-day return policy with 100% refunds for returned orders, so it is never "your problem".

HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time

Awful. The gentleman who said Jim is a jackal is spot on. I wish I could post the emails. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called to find out if the order had shipped and apparently I unleashed a cascade of hostility from Jim that ultimately led to the cancellation of my order. An order I desperately needed. But he knows that so he used his big man powers to cancel my order. There is a special place in hell for people like him.
DO NOT BOTHER.. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR SLOW DELIVERY TIME. Save your money and avoid the aggravation. Just go to the vet.

We can send your emails to you to refresh your memory if you wish. Your emails said you had to have your order by Tuesday and you ordered on Wednesday as it was an emergency. We could not guarantee the order would arrive within 24 hours and if it was an emergency, you should take the pet to your local veterinarian immediately. We then issued a refund for the order. I hope your furr baby did ok.

Jim is a jackal

Jim is a jackal. Wouldn’t ship order for over 2 weeks. Then took another week for refund. Doesn’t know the meaning of customer service

I assure you Jim is not a jackal. If you recall, your order was on a backorder and when it did come in you no longer needed the order, so we issued a refund.

Hands down

Hands down, every time I need them for my pets antibiotics, boom! They are they for us! I have had no problems with this company and have never had an issue with any staff there. I’ve ordered many times and each time I had no issues. Which tells me alot about all these comments. Anyways thanks for your service and keep up the good work. You guys are doing awesome!
