Grey Cocoon Luxury dog bed & curtains
I ordered the ‘Grey Cocoon Luxury dog bed with Matching curtains in Brand New material’.
Item arrived in good time and quality of this product is excellent. Really sturdy and very soundproofed when the wadding is inserted into the hood section. Only downside is that the fabric of the bed is a different shade/colour to that of the curtains.

Had a great experience felt very personalised; I got a text from Nathan prior to processing my order to check I was happy with everything.
I was initially planning on purchasing from another company (Collared Creatures) but after 3 of my emails got ignored with no response received, I searched for another supplier and found Pet Prestige. Thank you for your review.
I have dropped you a message to find out which bed you received as all Gorpet products are shipped directly from the supplier.
In terms of communication, we only received one message from you but I can only apologise we didn’t get back to you as quickly as expected, we were in the thick of Christmas orders & deliveries, plus the issues with Royal Mail, unfortunately we suffered delays.
You also mentioned that the discount code wasn’t working, and as mentioned the discount code was for only a specific brand but we still refunded the difference for you.
We are a small business, and we strive to deliver the best service, I can only apologise that you’ve had a bad experience and promise we will do better.
