I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to relocate their pet! Deana and Cassandra were absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond with their service! I used them to move my cat from the US to the UK. I had an issue where my flights kept getting cancelled and I was really worried I would not make it in time. They helped me find a new airline and flight to take when I reached out for them for help. Cassandra even gave me a new cat carrier that met the parameters for the new airline I took! They made the whole process absolutely seamless and I am so happy I found them!

Moving Precious from Raleigh to Camp Humphreys was a massive undertaking, but Deana and the team at Pet Relocator made the entire process seamless by handling the complex international regulations and military logistics with expert precision. From the start, Deana's deep knowledge of South Korea’s entry requirements gave me total confidence, while her proactive communication removed all the guesswork from the documentation process. Once we arrived in Korea, Leo from Shindogs took over, expertly handling the airport pickup and the delivery right to the Camp Humphreys gate, ensuring a smooth final leg of the journey. They were incredibly empathetic to the stress of such a long transpacific flight, providing the kind of personal updates that proved they treated Precious like family rather than just cargo. For anyone on the fence, especially military families navigating an OCONUS move, I cannot recommend this team enough; they provided absolute peace of mind and ensured Precious arrived home safely.

I absolutely recommend Pet relocator. Their process was painless and their communication was top notch! There are a lot of steps a documents needed for this process, but they are there for you every step of the way ensuring you have everything you need and all paperwork submitted are correct. I was so very nervous to be parted with my children, but we had updates and photos along their journey🩷 I couldn't be more grateful for being reunited with my family, safe and sound!

Once we got the news we were being sent to Korea we immediately started exploring every option of how to bring our husky with us. All AMC pet slots were filled, her crate measurements required her to fly as cargo, and other pet shipping companies quoted us upwards of $6,000. It seemed like everywhere we turned there was a roadblock and bringing her looked more and more impossible.

Then I found out that the company that we would work with in Korea, Shindogs Air, works with Pet Relocator. So I filled out our request form and got an email with a quote that laid out all the details and a prompt phone call to see if we had any questions and we were sold.

From the moment we started working with them they broke everything down task by task and made something that at first seemed impossible completely achievable. They review all the paperwork and make sure you have everything you need. Our vets missed a signature and a stamp and they made sure we had all of it squared away. Not to mention we had so many questions throughout the process and they were always a phone call away to answer them, no matter how trivial they seemed.

We flew out before our pet so our agent Deana picked our dog up from our boarding facility and from the point of her pickup until she arrived in Korea and Shindogs took over she kept us up to date with flight info and sent pictures to let us know our girl was doing well. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who needs it.

I honestly cannot put into words the incredible service that Cassandra and Deana provided to us and how grateful we are to them. We were nervous to ship my daughters very beloved 1 kg Netherlands dwart to UK from Denver, and we had no idea how the process worked especially as UK requires a quarantine for rabbits. Pet Relocator were actually recommended to us by the quarantine facility in UK who said they were "the best company that we work with". The planning and execution were flawless. It was actually simpler than I imagined - primarily because they did all the work! Cassandra actually drove 2 hours to my daughter's house, did all of the crate modifications, prepared the crate and all the paperwork and took the bunny to the airport and checked him in! For what was really far too small of a charge for the amount of work and time she gave to it. Most important, they always made us feel that they were totally in control of the situation, that this was not a big deal to do this. And they executed flawlessly on the day. We are so so grateful and we will be singing their praises to everyone we know in the Expat community here in London. In this modern day and age to find a company so totally customer oriented and who clearly loves animals and really cares about their customers was really something I will not forget! Pet Relocator is hands down the best pet relocation service available. I would trust them with all travel with dogs and cats and relocation of animals around the world without hesitation.

I was very grateful for the team at Pet Relocator. They helped me organize and accomplish a big list of requirements to prepare my dog to move overseas. We moved during the hot summer months, so the airlines restricted pet travel for a few days, which we expected to happen. But, because we'd hired Pet Relocator, we didn't have to worry about our dog. They were in close communication with the airlines regarding heat restrictions, coordinated care for my dog while we had to fly in advance of his travel, and coordinated smooth and safe transport to the airport when the heat restrictions were ready. Our dog arrived safely and happily, and we're really glad that Pet Relocator was there when we needed them!
