Second time I've used them and would defo use again. I would like an email letting me know they have received the order or have dispatched the product but other than that I think they are great.

Excellent service from website presentation to delivery.
Website makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Prices are in line with the quality of the product. Delivery it very fast. Can't find a fault.

They do not inspire confidence
I ordered a lead and a collar.
I have received the lead but not the collar.
Despite emailing twice , I do not have a reply.
Whether this is deliberate or poor performance, it is extremely rude and frustrating.
I now have to start telephoning. I may as well have gone to a pet shop, it would have taken less time, not incurred further expenses and i would have my goods.
