Evil company. No phone lines to call customer service, it has a russian sounding woman saying please leave details for a ring back when you ring there number provided.
My order still has not been posted after 10 days.
zero way of contacting them, I think its a European company trying to sell to uk markets. Steer well clear of this company Id rather set myself on fire.
If you have paid and your order is still not been shipped just get a paypal refund as I am doing.
There activities could amount to the type of behavior of crooks the way they operate.

It's very unfair of you to post the review like this. Your order was placed at November 25th and has been shipped today.
Your profile was created at our website the same day (25.11) and we struggle to understand what did you mean saying about 10-day period.
We had no any supply issues while processing your order and it was sent off in full volume.
Petsexpert is the international company and we provide our service in most of european countries. People of various ethnic groups work in our project. And it sounds intolerant when you mention a "russian sounding woman".
We gave no reason to suspect us of scam or crooks, our activity is transparent and fully accordant with The Legislation of Germany.
Talking to one of our support managers by phone you promised to post a positive review if the order would be sent today.
Thank you for the review.

Ordered from this company a few times, now they've disappeared
Ordered from this company a few times. I was recieving the goods with no hitch, then recently things have changed. It started with orders only getting shipped after a long delay, and now I'm starting to see the same behaviour from them as the last reviewer has described. I have not received any followup emails from them regarding my last order from 9 days ago and no response to my emails. I also found my account was logged out just after contacting them. Strange.
Don't trust this company.

DO NOT USE - THEY TAKE YOUR CASH THEN DELETE YOUR DETAILS.
Do not use - I set up an account on 20/12/2017 and placed an order.Everything seemed fine.I set account so my login in details were stored.Today 21/12/2017 when I tried to check on my order I found my login details not stored and site not accepting my login details.Tried accessing site via google,firefox and IE with same result.This company appears to operate in every major country in the world so likely based in china so no chance of money back.And as a point of interest the site does have the padlock sign which we here is UK are all being told means a safe site by a genuine company.....ahh there are always loopholes !!.
SO I DO NOT EXPECT TO EVER SEE MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK.
