Items missing in my order but company…
Items missing in my order but company refused to resend but offered a gift voucher code which wasn’t ideal because then I had to pay postage again when I ordered the missing items.

Hi Sharon, unfortunately we were unable to issue a direct replacement or refund on this occasion because your claim for missing items failed our anti-fraud matrix. We must have these measures in place to not only protect ourselves as a business, but also to protect our customers from price increases as a direct result of fraudulent activity. This has been explained thoroughly in our previous correspondence.
We instead agreed to provide a gift voucher covering the full value of the items you claimed to be missing, which I can see you've already redeemed. An additional cost for P&P could have been avoided if redeemed as part of an order with a total above our free delivery threshold.

Customer service was next to none
Contacted the company about a toy I was looking for as my dog loves them, they checked and had it in stock and added it to the website so I could buy it. The customer service I received from this company was top quality

Pettable did a great job of processing and despatching my order.
Delivery date was a little confused because their carriers couldn't make up their minds when they would be coming. I even received an email from them after the parcel had arrived telling me to expect delivery the following day 🤣.
