Thank you very much for the trip I took with my cat. Everything went very smoothly, from the initial contact to book the ride to the day of travel. I traveled with Charlie, who was very professional and kept me updated regularly. It was a pleasure traveling with him. I won’t hesitate to use Pet Taxi again for a future trip with my cat.

I contacted Pet Taxi Abroad when my family became stranded in France with their dog after their car broke down. PTA responded immediately, then picked up in France and transported home to UK, all within 24 hours. Wonderful, helpful and friendly service.

I can not recommend Pet Taxi Abroad highly enough.
We (myself, my 79yr old mother and her dog) found ourselves in very stressful situation after our car broke down for the 3rd time in France over the holidays and we were left stranded with no way back to the UK.
Pet Taxi Abroad took care of everything by finding and organising the next available ferry tickets (the shuttle unfortunately had no available crossings at the time) and sent a driver almost immediately to collect us from our hotel in northern France.
To ensure both the drivers and our safety, we were provided with 2 drivers to cover both the French and UK legs of our journey. Both Hafiz and Oscar were extremely friendly, professional, courteous and compassionate given our recent travel experiences.
We had a completely pain free journey with Pet Taxi Abroad from our hotel direct to our homes. The taxis were comfortable and every care was taken to ensure we were relaxed and felt taken care of.

Thank you Pet Taxi Abroad & our helpful driver. We had to reach a 2pm flight in Paris so we stayed at a hotel in Folkstone (recommended by Pet Taxi Abroad). We were picked up at 5am sharp, drove seamlessly through the tunnel and straight to Paris!!! Pet checks were easy. The ride was comfortable and easy, smooth sailing!! Would definitely recommend.
