I ordered some PEX fittings from this company and paid for Priority shipping as the parts were needed to complete a tile job and were holding up the entire remodel. PexUniverse sent us the wrong parts. Their customer service rep argued that the parts I received were the parts I ordered, even though it was clear from the website picture they were not. After sending them multiple pictures of their wrong parts next to a tape measure and next to a specimen of the part we needed, and after having spoken with a supervisor, they finally admitted they had indeed sent the wrong parts. I asked that they overnight the parts, but they refused; they sent them first class (the slowest) even though I had originally paid for priority. I will never deal with this company again and neither should you.

Ordered the stuff for our project and after almost 22 days it was cancelled with an attitude.
Will never deal with them ever.

Bought large order from Pex Universe... Timely shipping and delivery... All was good until I tried to return just one of the items that was sent... Web site would not pull up my order... Customer service was poor at best in getting me a RMA number... Customer service needs to hire English speaking personnel...

I have installed PEX for radiant heating twice using Pex Universe. I have always received prompt shipping and never had a problem. Their prices are excellent.

I ordered an entire radiant heating system, it came but was missing numerous parts. Calling customer service they told me it was all sent out and not there problem. ???? Really the parts were worth only about $40 out of the $1600 I spent but necessary for the system to work. My guess is the fittings fell out of the box in transport as they were all loose in the box and not in a bag or separate box??? DHL put repacking tape on the box but wont cover any lost items because they were not packaged properly.... So here I am trying to find parts when I should be installing the damn thing. I would avoid this seller....

They never shipped my order. I called a week later and was told that they had put my order on hold because my billing address was different than my shipping address. Umm, I have online orders sent to my office on a daily basis. Its really quite a common practice. The customer service rep asked me for my credit card and bank information over the phone. I'm not sure why she would need that since my payment had already processed. It smells like a scam to me. They had my money, but didn't want to ship my order. I'll never do business with this company.

Fast shipping, great product and easy to install.

Purchased two pumps from them. Had a problem with the pumps, which have a 2 year manufacture's warranty. The manufacturer insists you seek remedy from the seller. This seller could care less because they are not "Authorized Sellers" for most of the product that they sell. The thinly veiled excuse they used to deny the warranty replacement, which I had and RMA# for was that the sticker on the pumps indicated that they were manufactured more that two years prior to the date of claim. The warranty is two years from the date of sale. Total fraudsters. Stay away, pay more if needed, wish I did.

Good luck getting them on the phone. Their customer service rep [name] is rude to the point of arguing with you. They are one of the lowest prices yet I would much rather pay a bit more then deal with attitude.

To my surprise, it was no problem at all and the staff was probably the most helpful and courteous I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Site was easy to navigate. Had the parts in stock that I need and great descriptions and supporting manufacturer information. I have bought 8-port Copper Plumbing Manifold, it was delivered prompt. (EXTREMELY HELPFULL!!!)
