Great table out of blue delivery complicated DIY put together

Let’s start with the table which was a raven good quality table very nice extremely happy with the table. Delivery we was told that you’d be informed when it was dispatched however we had a call from the delivery man asking if we were in this afternoon this come out the blue and we weren’t in seem to frustrate the delivery guy and we managed to get it delivered a couple of days later secondly the table is quite heavy and for some people you may find putting it together a bit of a struggle. It wasn’t a problem for me but I can see that some less experienced people could find putting a table together a problem but other than that lovely table delivery could’ve been better instructions for construction were good but be aware it’s heavy and complicated.

Superb company with excellent staff

Shopping / dealing with Phantom Furniture has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. From ordering, to delivery to after sales service I could not fault Bart and his team. The quality of the wallbed is exceptional and priced well below other beds of a similar quality. We assembled the bed incorrectly which caused a damage that Phantom were swift to rectify at no charge. They have now produced a an excellent stage by stage assembly video which is really helpful. Top company. 5 stars from me.

Great value but long delivery.

Bought a mattress from Phantom furniture. It was delivered 3.5weeks after ordering which was much longer than expected.

To be fair, Bart the sales manager was responsive and apologetic for the delay.

The mattress itself is good quality but more so incredible value for money. Would have given 5 stars if not for the delay.

Amazing Murphy Bed, Great Quality and Excellent Service

I bought some home cleaning products from Phantom Furniture and the quality is amazing – I’ve honestly never had cleaning products this good before. They work incredibly well and you can really see the difference compared to regular products.
Last year I also bought a Murphy Bed Genius 140x200 cm with a mattress and wardrobes from them. To this day I still can’t stop enjoying this solution! I finally regained space in my small apartment – during the day I have room to work, and in the evening I can sleep comfortably on a proper mattress instead of a sofa.
The furniture is truly high quality, yet still available at a very affordable price, making it accessible for everyone.
What impressed me the most was the service – both on the chat and during delivery. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly. It’s rare to experience such great customer service nowadays.
I honestly recommend Phantom Furniture to everyone!

We thank Grażyna for the review she gave us, but it is completely inadequate to the whole situation, as she did not mention our bathroom, which she bought from us, the bathroom furniture. She is probably satisfied with them, because there is no mention of that at all, and there is only a message that we are rude, impolite, and uncultured, and that we are who we are. But it is hard to say, because, you know, for us, every customer is very important and the most important. And the fact that you tried to offend our staff on the line, on the chat, and you asked every day, being rude, calling us a fake store and that we are scammers, our employees also lost their nerves and simply replied to you perhaps in an inelegant way, but that does not give you the right to insult us, since you are satisfied with the furniture. So, I wish you all the success and maybe better furniture stores that you will visit in the future. And always, rather think and read about the delivery time, because there is no store in the UK that gives you the possibility of buying furniture and having delivery in 2-3 days, because everywhere, in every physical store, there is also a waiting time. Disappointed

Unfortunately, my experience with Phantom Furniture was disappointing.
The hallway wardrobe I purchased cost £600, with delivery bringing the total to £660. Although I was offered a £100 discount, this does not truly address the issue.
The furniture was delivered without any assembly instructions whatsoever — no manual, no diagrams, no labels, and no markings of any kind. This made the assembly process extremely difficult and stressful. It was not just about money; it was about the significant discomfort, frustration, and inconvenience caused by trying to assemble a complex piece of furniture with absolutely no guidance.
In addition to the lack of instructions, the glue required for assembly was missing, and several internal shelves were not included, leaving the wardrobe incomplete. To make the furniture usable as originally intended, I now have to purchase additional materials myself, and the cost of these items will exceed the £100 discount.
For hallway furniture at this price level, this experience is unacceptable. The combination of missing instructions, missing parts, and the difficulty of assembly resulted in wasted time, unnecessary stress, and extra expense.
This is not the standard one would expect when purchasing new furniture. I hope this feedback leads to better quality control and prevents other customers from going through the same experience.

We do not replace all devices with full automation. So, I asked you in the previous message to describe to us exactly what is missing, what you did not do, but you were nervous, panicked, and wrote a few things from which nothing really followed that we could add or supply. That is why I suggested that you write to us step by step what you are missing, and we proposed that you would get a full set of what you lack, plus 100 pounds as compensation. But we did not receive a message from you. Instead, we only received a two-star review. But we understand your frustration and anger, so what can I say to you? I send you my regards and wish you a nice evening and the year 2026, and more smiles, less stress, and often, when money is spent, one must approach the matter so it can be resolved, because we are always here to solve problems, so that customers are satisfied, happy, and smiling. If you can, since you wrote that we are a scam store, please provide the order number, what exactly you ordered from us, what was not delivered, as well as the full name and address to which the order was supposed to be delivered but was not, and the name under which the order was placed. That is the first thing, because you can still reply here.

Secondly, we are not a scam store, as our reviews on eBay, Google, and Trustpilot clearly show. Please do not slander us. Unfortunately, there are competitors and individuals who wish us harm and post negative reviews about us. We have reported these cases to the appropriate authorities, and as a result, everything has been corrected and improved. Of course, this matter has also been reported to Trustpilot for order verification and all related issues.

Fantastic company, And quality furniture!

Fantastic company to deal with, there Van arrived with the best driver ever. He got the van up a tricky lane right to the gate, helped get all the boxes through it. The furniture - excellent no issues with any marks or dents all pristine. Quality - superb - 25mm thick walls to the units. They even gave me a video which shows you how easy it is to put together. All arrived on schedule too. We bought the Murphy Bed with a sofa in front of it which works so well and is super soft - great quality - also got 2 side units with hanging space/drawers/bedside table - again excellent love the no handle opening on them too. Bart - the Sales Manager was just superb went above and beyond answering silly questions. Highly recommend! We have 2 different friends now looking at them to buy, after seeing ours.

A Bit Tricky to Assemble, but Totally Worth It!

The item was delivered late evening due to traffic. But the delivery guy was very friendly.
Communication was excellent with one of the team members, Bart, who responded to emails quickly.
Assembling took quite a long time because none of the panels were numbered or marked, which made it difficult to figure out how to put it together.
However, I must say it was definitely worth buying this product. I can only recommend this company!
