Disappointing
I ordered some products from their website, but unfortunately I was later told the items I ordered weren’t actually in stock. They did offer a replacement, but it wasn’t something I was interested in.
I’m giving 3 stars because their communication was very good throughout, and they processed a refund quickly, which I received without any issues.
That said, it was frustrating to order items that turned out to be unavailable, as it ended up being quite time-consuming and disappointing. It also makes me hesitant to order from them again, as there’s always the risk of paying for items that they don’t actually have in stock. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be using them again.

We are really sorry about the stock issue on this occasion with your order. As a newer vape website stocking a huge range of products, sometimes stock discrepancies can happen, although we are continuously working on improving this.
One thing we’ll always prioritise over making a sale is being honest with customers, which is why as soon as we realised the issue, we contacted you straight away, offered alternatives and a free upgrade, and when those weren’t suitable for you, we processed the refund immediately with no hassle. We’re glad you were happy with the speed at which this process was handled.
