Another 1 star rating to add to the rest. Very unhelpful staff. Pharmacist hides in the back but pops his head out trying to look and listen to the conversation instead of coming out and dealing with... Voir plus

Long waiting times for prescriptions
Long waiting times for prescriptions. Staff unapologetic and rude. Just the very basics in patient care.
No system to tell patients when prescriptions are ready.
It's absolutely appalling
It's absolutely appalling, waited 2 days for my medication, for my kidney stones and water infection, the girl with long dark hair is so rude, I had a phone call at 8.15 the previous night, to say my medication was ready, I went day after, not a person waiting and she showed me my medication and said you will have to wait half hour,I was appalled at this ,because only fw days before I went to pick my sons meds, the same girl showed me them and said half hour wait, nobody else was waiting, has I told her on both occasions I had to leave my husband whom I'm a carer for,and couldn't wait that long, and kindly asked if she could do it straight away, she was very rude held a basket up to me and said got to do these first, only last year the same girl, gave me my meds,or so I thought they was mine, got home and wasn't even mine,I went straight back, got no apology or anything just a dirty look, which is always on her face
Avoid
Horrendous experience. Pharmacist was patronising, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Closed up early and refused to help. Definitely avoid.
Radcliffe pharmacy asda- Very poor…
Radcliffe pharmacy asda- Very poor service. Constantly lie to customers saying doctors havent sent over perscriptions when infact theyve had them for 5 days (and thats an URGENT perscription) but cant be bothered to process them! Arguementative lazy staff. Most pharmacies can do a perscription in less than half an hour yet it takes Radcliffe asda a MINIMUM of 3 days! If you question this you're laughed at, argued with and told to go somewhere else. Unbelievable.
Other visits ive had to leave the queue and go back another day as the staff are stood around, hiding in the back ignoring customers waiting at the front. Terrible customer service
What's the point
What's the point? Went to Asda pharmacy Sutton in ashfield to enquire about going back on the pill to help with my endometriosis as my doctor wouldn't see me. Pharmacist took one look at my 2 year old and decided she didn't want to prescribe it to me.
Newark Nottinghamshire unprofessional Pharmacist.
It's shocking when you are spoken down to by a pharmacist when you complain about having to wait an hour for your prescription to be made up. Waiting 72hrs to collect and still not ready, I had security called on me when I raised a valid complaint of 6 members of staff and still having to wait. They have zero people skills and not a one off of having to wait no matter how many days you wait to collect. Very unprofessional behaviour that I have changed to another pharmacy now.
I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to.

Asda Pharmacy Burgh Heath, Surrey
Shocked by the lack of customer service by the pharmacist, absolute disgraceful way to treat customers - rather not go into detail but the lady in the white coat surely isn’t qualified to be handling medication and dealing with the general public. Truly shocking experience
Not very friendly pharmacist not a good experience
Not good experience at all and the pharmacist was.not very friendly! Serious and stated that my daughter didn’t have a condition I knew she did! Although she did give her meds in the end! I felt I knew more than her and I was correct in my suspicions in the first place. As I checked my daughter again this pm!
Dreadful Customer Service
Started having Monjaro weight loss pens in August 2025. Had a double pen order in September. When I used the 2nd pen sonething didnt feel right. The following week the pen was empty. On contacting ASDA they asked me to take the pen to a pharmacy to get it examined. I didnt have time to do thus so I sent it direct to the dispensing pharmacy in Manchester. They responded within 2 days stating user error. I complained again they gave me a £5 voucher off my next purchase. I'm £180 out of pocket.
Do not use them. Awful customer service who just want your money.
I would say to anyone though if something doesnt seem right with your pen take it straight back to the pharmacy.
Expensive lesson learned but i've taken my business elsewhere.
ASDA Pharmacy 1 out of 5. I'd like to give you 0 but can't.
No vaccines but booking system not closed
I booked a flu jab for myself and my husband at the Ramsgate Asda Pharmacy. We arrived early and made ourselves known to the pharmacist who was very apologetic saying that 'Asda had stopped doing the flu jabs' but 'hadn't closed the online booking system'! I had also received email and text reminders to ensure I didn't miss the appointments. What a waste of time! Will not be using this service again, very poor show.
Hyson Green, Nottingham Pharmacy
I booked a flu jab at the Hyson Green, Nottingham Asda pharmacy 13 December 2025 at 9am. I arrived at 8.55. The phamacist was nearly 15 minutes late. I evenually walked away at 9.17 after being told that they had no stock! To make matters worst I received a call a at 14.42 to tell me rhat my appointment had been cancelled! I have given 1 star as no option to leave none. I just wish I had read the reviews before booking.
Asda pharmacy (my local one) is the…
Asda pharmacy (my local one) is the worst pharmacy or customer service in general i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have used this pharmacy along with several other family members (including my 2 children) for well over 15 years so I’ve seen a lot of staff come and go. It has went so down hill it’s unbelievable. It’s not just the complete incompetence of the team it’s their attitude towards customers. This is the first bad review I have ever written about anyone. I can assure you I rarely say anything negative about anyone unless it’s absolutely necessary so I’m not a general complainer. Normally I would just move on and let people get on with things BUT I feel like I have to raise this as they’re messing with peoples health here. I’ll not go too far into it but I have a quite serious health condition and I have to without exception take 4 different meds morning and night. If I even miss 1 dose it could be severe. Basically because one of my medication is awkward apparently (Lamotrigine) to get in I was just a hindrance to them and they would be so rude as I was causing them extra work and on 1 occasion they actually said that. I would request the prescription on my patient app, the GP would approve it and send it straight to the pharmacy. It states it could take 24-48 hours to be ready what is normal. I could wait up to 2 weeks and they’ve lied and said they had ordered it then someone else slipped up and said they forgot to order it. They’ve also said that the GP hasn’t sent it so when I rang him to ask him to resend it to them he already had and he wanted to call them to see what was happening rang up. They changed their story but was absolutely furious as I had basically dropped them in it for lying (as if it was my fault). Errors happen but it’s hard to except that when it was every other month. The main pharmacist was probably the bitchiest one and when I called in one time and it wasn’t there I suggested if it would be possible or easier to just order them in anyway they’ll have to order them anyway but it would save me from waiting and panicking as that’s my nominated pharmacy and she went ballistic, actually shouted at me “we can’t stock everyone’s medication”. That’s understandable but if you know you have to order it every 56 days and it’s so hard to get in then surely it would make sense (I’ve now found out that they can and should have done that for me). See I’m not allowed to drive now but most of my family or friends shop in Asda so I can get people to collect it for me otherwise I would have changed a long time ago. I also don’t see why I should when I’ve been using it longer than some of them have been out of nappies. Thats annoying too, I’m 41 and I’ve got some 20 year old upstart treating me like crap because I’m picking up medication. When other people picked it up on occasions they were so nice to them until they said my surname and they would just change and sometimes even walk off and deliberately make them stand 15-30 mins while they “looked” for it. I tried to talk to them twice and try and sort out why they were like that with me and I told them I didn’t know what I did for them to hate me and I just got shrugged shoulders and “don’t have a problem”. I told one lady that I worked in department stores since leaving school so I know you can get some complete DHead customers so I know I’m not one I know how to treat staff as I know what it’s like. In the other side of that though I know how to treat customers too and I’ve been nicer to the DH’s than they were to me and that’s saying something considering I’ve never not treat them nice I’ve even tried to start conversations on things like what’s it like working here and other general chitchat. Honestly they are just awful. They’re just a bunch of nasties standing in the back room talking about people in the queue, you can see from the desk. There is one young lad there and he seems ok but probably scared to go against the clique or they’ll turn on him too. Anyway long story short I missed tablets, had a very bad few days, GP forced a move to a new pharmacy and all is so much easier as they are lush. I know their job is a hell of lot more important than mine at NEXT as they’re dealing with people’s health essentially but surely that means you can still be nice and more importantly do your job right. Tablets are there ready and they can’t understand why they said the Lamotragine tablets were so hard to get hold of as they are so widely used. I haven’t put a complaint in though because I’m not going to be the reason for someone loosing their job still but at least writing this other people can be made aware and wide birth them.
Fosse Park Leicester Store
Booked a private flu jab on 12.12.25 for today at the Fosse Park ASDA. Turned up and they said they had no vaccinations. The woman at the pharmacy was not helpful at all. No communication by text or email at all to say the appointment was cancelled. Waste of a 8 mile round trip.
Flu Jab
Booked a flu jab was cancelled with no reason and no alternaive date offered
Very poor service
what a joke…
I appreciate a lunch break but a teatime break???? There are 3 people behind the counter and not one would serve me just to pick up a prescription between 4.30 to 5pm
An absolute joke….
Asda Pharmacy Perry Barr, Birmingham
Allowing online bookings for flu jabs when they don't have any in stock. I wasted a whole morning in the pouring rain and was left cold & wet which ironically has now started to make me feel unwell.
Flu jab booked? Don’t be so sure.
Booked a flu jab on 16th November for 16th December. They cancelled it on 11th December. The email they sent was really chummy, including comments like “Don’t worry, we’ve taken care of everything” and, if I didn’t want to cancel (which of course I didn’t), “that’s not a problem, although you probably need to rebook it”. No apology or explanation. Worst customer service I can possibly imagine.
Booked a flu jab online but then it was…
Booked a flu jab online but then it was cancelled with no reason provided the next day. The text said to rebook, which I did, only for that to be cancelled. Why would you have lots of appointment availability online only to cancel appointments and mess people around. Seems a marketing strategy to me to offer a service but not fulfil it!
