Excellent range of genuine items at competitive prices, with free shipping over $100. My order was well packed and arrived in a week with a couple of goodies - a free hand sanitiser and a travel-sized micellar cleanser. Very impressed with that level of customer service at such low prices!
Shipping was a little slower than some competitors like Chemist Warehouse, but the prices, range and customer service make it worth it. I'll be buying from Pharmacy Direct again for sure!
I've been using Pharmacy Direct for years. Never had any issues, deliveries are always well-packed, customer service is great, and the prices and range are the best in NZ. I'm always surprised by the bad reviews, which are mostly complaints about the online store. I'd rather use a budget website than pay more for pharmaceuticals. Plus, I'm supporting a NZ-owned and operated business. Not Aussie or Israel.
Absolutely terrible website. I could not get past the post code being wrong and it wasn't. I wasted time trying to login as a customer to get auto deliveries and the same thing. Too much time wasted on this site.
Somehow the website banned the ASN my IP address is in for no reason?! Already placed the order and now I cannot view the website. What’s going on??

Couldn't even get to their website as they have banned the ASN my IP address is in. I guess I will continue supporting Chemist Warehouse and iHerb.com.
As another has posted, delivery is unreliable. Their choice of courier is the reason for this bad review.
I placed an order on the evening of the 7th of May, giving them the entire next day to despatch. It's a small cosmetic product the size of a roll-on deodorant that I usually order from two other sources, and it usually arrives overnight or within a couple of days. Thought I'd give PD a try as they're a couple bucks cheaper including shipping.
I've just checked my tracking, and as of this morning (10th), all that's happened with my parcel is that its been picked up and taken to the depot. Its still in the city of origin and the estimated delivery date is the 14th of May. That will be a full week since the day if ordering.
So by all means, shop with Pharmacy Direct if you wish to shop like it's 1999.
I'm sorry but if an offer is placed smack bang in the middle of the business week and its still sitting in a depot days later then its time to think hard about who you partner with for shipping. Estimated delivery a full week after ordering? In a country as small as New Zealand. For a product the size of a roll-on deodorant?
That's not how business is conducted in 2024.
I've read all negative reviews after I've ordered. Naturally I felt nervous as I've spent around $300 on orders. The best prices ever and I've received my medicines pretty quickly. I'll trust again.

I use an icloud hide-my-email/masked email address with Pharmacy Direct. I use this site specific email address only with Pharmacy Direct.
Unfortunately, I started receiving phishing emails to that very address after purchasing some products online.
This of course is not definitive proof, but it looks like there could be some email address leakage going on there. I did email them regarding this and did not receive a response,
No issues with the products purchased or the service received from them.
I made an online purchase using a Mastercard debit card. I cancelled the order after they said there would be considerable order processing and delivery delays. Instead of getting the amount I paid refunded, they said it was not their responsibility - because no Mastercard payment is processed until the product goes out the door. Four weeks on I still await a refund.
Very happy to buy from Pharmacy Direct, they have great products at great prices. The customer service is excellent as well.

and have had no problems buying from this company per mail order. They are also offering a Gold Card discount. After returning shoes that did not fit I received my full payment refunded to my credit card in no time.
Very professional service. As COVID 19 is going on it is normal to expect delays as they are backed up with orders approx 2 weeks. An email was received upon order placement and another sent out 2 weeks later at order shipment. Funds were from my account only after the order had been processed and shipped. After the order was shipped it arrived within 5 days! This was my experience of ordering within the level 4 lockdown. I am very happy with how they managed to complete my order during this time. Excellent job!
