Excellent service, very thorough and efficient with easy to use website and fast free delivery, my only criticism is that any payday offers usually come through at the beginning of the month but I get paid in the middle of the month.

*** Ignored my GDPR Right to Erasure request ***
This cowboy company just gets worse.
After they refused my order, they requested further details on here yet that was just to publically 'look good' as they did nothing!
I also emailed and invoked my right to erasure under GDPR. A company legally has 1 calendar month to respond, yet these cowboys just ignored!
I've given a further 48 hours prior to making a complaint to the ICO.
Their conduct speaks volumes to the type of company they are.

5 months still waiting for my refund
I was charged an extra £90 for products they decided not to supply and only 2 items were issued.
I’ve been waiting for my refund since June.
Not sure how long their 5 working days are.

Unsafe Practice
I am somewhat surprised and alarmed that they sent me an out of date product. I only noticed it was out of date after I opened the package and started to use so could not return it. Fortunately it was a product for topical use but I am quite concerned they do not have proper checks in place. They obviously don’t rotate their stock

Wouldn’t use again
Poor customer service and failure to offer cancelation of whole order when items couldn’t be provided.
