The service for ear wax removal is overpriced and totally inflexible
The service for ear wax removal is grossly overpriced and totally inflexible. Due to surgery on my left ear I cannot have my left ear cleaned at the moment. No facility for one new and one later so total cost is £120
This is beyond the reach of an 82 years old pensioner.

He was incredibly helpful, highly approachable, and immediately made me feel at ease during what can normally be a daunting appointment. I highly recommend this service for anyone starting their weight management

Would definitely recommend
When I called they answered straight away- the lady on the phone was very polite. The pharmacist that assessed me was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was in and out within about 10 minutes. Will definitely use them again if/when needed.

Great pharmacist with an excellent team at the York, Blossom Street location. Very helpful and thorough. Also great if you need travel clinic consultation.

Very professional pharmacist.
I had a good experience at the pharmacy every thing was explained to me about my 24 hour bp monitor and my results the following day, also what I should expect when the GP gets my results.
