DO NOT BUY from Pharmeden! They have unreliable delivery service and your product never arrives from Greece!

I lost 52 GBP and customer service did not do anything when I contacted them. They failed to (a) resolve the delivery problem (b) send a replacement product,or (c) offer me a refund

The courier selected and managed by Pharmeden signed for the delivery themself and never delivered it to my house. I lodged a complaint with the courier.

Much worse is Pharmeden’s consistent, unhelpful attitude and failure to take responsibility - as I’m sure they will continue to do.

DO NOT trust this company!

Pharmaden seems to be a reasonable... until it comes to delivery. They have real problems managing their couriers and your package is unlikely to arrive.

When things go wrong, they will hang you out to dry, claiming that the delivery is outside of their responsibility.

Absolute joke!

They claim to have the best prices on the internet then in tiny print at the bottom of the checkout page is the extortionate delivery costs! I thought i was getting 50% off 4 bottles of shower gel then ended up paying double the amount for delivery.

Total false economy and what feels like dishonest advertising.

Speedy delivery - arrived within 4 days of ordering, securely packaged and with a free sample to try 😃

Ordered a number of items for delivery to UK. Have a great selection, including some items difficult to find in the UK. Everything arrived in good time, packed nicely. I would recommend this business & will use them again myself.

I’ve stopped buying from Pharmeden Because of high carbon footprint. The products are sent from Greece by airmail. If they start sending products by rail I’ll be happy to go back.

Nuk product. They advertise beautiful pictures but in reality you will never get what you paid for. Ignoring horrible customer service.

Iliana went above and beyond to provide the best service - She really followed up over and over to make sure the items were delivered at the right time. I wish all customer service was to Iliana's standard! I cannot recommend her enough.

Amazing prices saved myself over £40 compared to the prices of the products sold here in the UK! Placed my order on Monday night and received the items Friday morning which is extremely quick considering everything was shipped from Greece and the website stated it could take up to 10days for them to even be dispatched! So I am extremely impressed with the speed of delivery and will definitely be using Pharmeden again.

This company has excellent, well priced genuine items with super fast delivery within 3 days. I ordered some Korres products from Pharmeden and their prices can’t be beaten neither can their choice of fragrances. The products were well packaged and I received some complimentary freebies too which was a nice touch. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use again.
