I’ve had such a positive experience…
I’ve had such a positive experience with Pharmulous throughout my whole weight loss journey. From the very beginning, the support has been amazing, especially the 1:1 consultation.
It was so reassuring to speak directly with the doctor, and even more lovely as I recognised them from TikTok—it made the whole experience feel much more personal and genuine. They really took the time to listen, answer my questions, and put me at ease.
I’ve felt supported every step of the way and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pharmulous to anyone considering starting their journey. Truly a 5-star service!

Flexible maintenance
My weight loss experience was initially with another company. Having reached my goal last year I was very happy, but found it difficult to maintain my goal weight. My previous company didn't offer any support with weight gain other than to offer dietary tips. Having struggled with my weight all my adult life I know enough weight tips to write the book myself! Luckily I found Pharmulous and Dr Amal who understands weight loss and maintenance. I am now embarking on a flexible programme that will help me to regain my target weight and maintain it by only using Mounjaro as and when I need to,

The re-order process is inefficient.
The re-order process is inefficient.
Have I lost weight since the last order? No
Still proceeds to ask my current weight, height, asks my target weight and target bmi so asks for my height...whi h has not changed in about 40 years...
Then receive a message stating that the order I have placed is at odds with a mysterious "form" which supposedly contains a different dosage from the order I have placed (and paid for at this point) and that the order cannot be dispatched until this error is resolved. When I tell them I don't know which form they refer to.
THEN they send another message stating that the "form" has a date in February as my last dose, despite ordering in March...
Sort this stupidity out

We are sorry to hear that you found the reorder process frustrating.
Certain details, including your current BMI and target BMI, are requested with each order as part of the clinical review process as they can change over time as treatment progresses. To make this as straightforward as possible, the form includes a built-in BMI calculator, so this does not need to be calculated manually.
In your case, our team also needed to clarify the date of your last injection, as this needs to be updated when using the reorder option and had not been amended on this occasion. For patient safety, we are unable to dispatch medication until any discrepancies have been resolved.
We appreciate that this may feel repetitive, however these checks are in place to support safe and appropriate prescribing. We do value your feedback and will continue to review our processes to improve the customer experience while maintaining these important clinical safeguards.
