I noticed that the flavor was consistent. It is a taste that assumes a butter like taste on its own, but when mixed with other things, the flavor was neutral, unless if you tried to taste it. I was not able to dry scoop it as some people tend to claim they do. Otherwise, it pairs well with the most subtle of supplements.In terms of benefits, I have noticed that it’s quite diverse. I’ve noticed over the span of a week, it did help with skin, my skin was clear. Over the span of two weeks, I noticed it helped with muscle density, and which in turn helped with total overall strength. This is good when you’re casually working out, because it conditions the muscles to more be adept and uniform, which eliminates extra weight, which causes the muscles to be more efficient. This helps with both weight gain, weight lifting, muscle tone.As with mixing the supplement, I have noticed the warmer the water, the smoother it mixes in. I am not aware of a way to mix it with cold water as efficiently, however room temperature or slightly warmer water is the most efficient way to mix this supplement in without loosing flavor or nutrients.Overall, this product is amazing. Despite its small package, I would recommend it to anyone, beginner or advanced, to add to their supplement routine. Phenomenal quality, great flavor, and easy to mix. It smells like powdered coffee creamer in the tub and looks like it also. It doesn't completely blend into your beverage all the way and leaves some small clumps. I purchased a small immersion blender/ milk frothing tool of amazon that will get here in a few days. Also your beverage needs to be cooled to 145 degrees before adding the 2 scoops so not to degrade the colostrum.Product includes cute tiny scooper. I had heard that colostrum was really good for you and also made people feel better and was great for skin and hair. I have been taking PHARX for two weeks. Within a few days I noticed that I felt really good - energetic but in a way like I had a great nights sleep and just felt happy and positive. That sounds a little cheesy but it really helped. I wasn’t getting tired after work and felt more motivated.I also did notice my skin is really glowing and healthy looking. I barely even used any makeup on my face because I didn’t need to. I’ve heard that before from others but it really changed my skin!! I just dry scoop it on to my tongue and then drink some water. It’s super easy and I think it tastes good, kind of milky flavor.Also in the last few days my stomach seems flatter. It has made me more regular (I wasn’t constipated) and just seems like my body is working efficiently. Very glad I came across this product!
