We have recently sold our property using Philip Bannisters and would 100% recommend. Sue and her team in Hessle were supportive, honest, and efficient in managing the sale as well as my nerves as we had previously tried other local agents and hadn't managed to get over the line (for various reasons). Despite not being in their immediate local area we were very happy with everything and very appreciative of their amazing work!

We recently used Philip Bannister & Co in Hessle and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Moving house is notoriously stressful, but the entire team made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. A massive, special thank you goes to Sue, she was an absolute superstar throughout. Her communication was brilliant, and she was incredibly tenacious when it came to chasing up solicitors and keeping us fully updated every step of the way. Didn't realise that selling a property could be fairly stressful, but Nicola and the ladies at Bannisters reduced that feeling considerably by their knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and their inter personal skills which ultimately assisted, I am sure with the sale of the bungalow.
