After 3 phone calls on the day of my viewing, one just an hour before, I was then called 30 minutes before my viewing and told it was cancelled. Disgusting, unprofessional and will never use them or any of my friends.

We have just bought our very first home with the help of Philip Bannister & Co, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish the process was smooth, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and so helpful. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions, but they always took the time to explain things clearly and guide us through. We felt really supported the whole way and are so grateful for everything they did to make it such a positive experience.

In January we completed the sale of our house and Bannisters’s could not have made this any smoother. With a not so great experience with another estate agents, we decided to put our house on the market with Phillip bannister’s. From the first phone call to having our house valued and photos taken by sue we knew we had made the right decision. Sue could not have made our house selling and buying experience any better. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We were kept updated regularly and made sure we felt we could always call with any queries we had. We felt listened to and never felt like “just another client” Sue even called the day before our wedding to congratulate us and wish us the best.
