If it was possible to leave a minus score I would!!! This incompetent, possibly, fraudulent company have caused excessive distress & suffering to hundreds, possibly thousands of families, who are facing financial insecurity due to the lack of communication from this company. Seeing the angst my father & auntie are going through, trying to get the trust to voluntarily withdraw as trustees, following the emotionally distressing loss of their mother at Christmas makes us so angry & frustrated. Please have the decency to at least respond to the mounting pile of correspondence from families in similar positions so they can resolve their families estates & gain peace of mind.

My relative has a family trust and investments with this company. She was harassed by a member of staff while terminally ill and, since her death, we have managed to remove them as trustees (via a solicitor) but can’t seem to remove the money. Even the solicitor gets no response. It seems the FCA are “in dialogue” with PTC so heaven knows where that leaves us.

I actioned Lasting Power of Attornies (both financial and heath) with this "company" last April at a cost if £445.00. After a minor setback I was told that they would (at that time September of 2021) be fowarded to the Office of the Public Guardian to be registered. I rang the Office of the Public Guardian today and was told they had received nothing! They apologised and said they would send me the relevant forms to do myself. I so wish I'd done that in the first place. I've been on their website (there is also a message on there addressed "to our valued client, yeah right. Please feel free to look if you can be bothered) and found their telephone number has changed (I too could not get through.) Did not speak to anybody. Left a message. I'm not convinced I'll get any response. If you can afford it go through an actual solicitor. Definitely would NOT advise anybody to use this "company."

They aren't answering their phones, every call diverts to voicemail. I'm getting a complete blank from them.

Seems that the company maybe closing down very much like the company it took over (family trust). Please avoid this company at all costs. I have a house to sell but cannot due to this company been the trustee.

I would steer clear of this organisation at all costs. I have been writing, emailing, & phoning for months since my father passed away & had no response. I have 4 telephone numbers & 4 email addresses & nothing seems to work. I have had to report to Action Fraud on the advice of our MP & having to take legal advice now.
This has made a stressful situation unbearable.
For your own mental health do not get involved with this company

It’s a shame that the lowest star I can give is one….this company does not deserve it!
My husband and I have been trying since August 2021 to obtain final draft copies of our wills for signing.
It is a year since our original appointment and our payment of £1390.
Telephone messages are not returned. Emails are ignored or bounce back.
This company are disgraceful.

Do not have anything to do with this company! My family invested with them and for the past year we have had problems getting a response of any sort from them. There is a message on their swanky website at present saying they cannot deal with individual queries. What? Are they not a service industry? They are in "talks" with the Financial Conduct Authority. Nobody is telling us anything. We are seriously worried about the property and money invested in their trust. Very stressful.

Have been trying since before Christmas to get in touch with PTC - received an email in January asking for my phone number but have not received a call. Have emailed numerous times - latest standard response states they won't be contacting anyone until 15 February. All I need are documents they have had back from Land Registry back in August posted out to me. Very frustrating to say the least!

Myself & my Brother have been trying since Nov 2020 when our Mother passed away, to claim our inheritance that is in a Philips FamilyTrust. These monies are from the sale of Mum’s bungalow in June 2020, “that had to be-invested back into the Trust”, until said time when Mum died. We have had many unsuccessful dealings with Maria Jones, Barbara Enwegbara, Siri Phracharoen & Kieran Artus, been given false promises & lame excuses as to why our monies cannot be released to us. We have patiently waited the 120 days for the withdrawal request, only to be fobbed off again as to when the monies will be released, and to be told that WE have to have a bankruptcy check. We are still waiting, and with them not answering calls and any correspondence until the 15th February, it won’t be any time soon.
This Company is untrustworthy & unreliable, and please avoid at all costs, and to publish on their website that “our clients are at the heart of all we do “ is a joke.

I wish my husband and I had never thought to have a family trust. Philips Trust Corporation took over the Family Trust Company where the trust was first held. I have been trying since mid November 2021 to contact the company in order to sell my house held in the trust as my husband had died. It wasn't until I spotted 0330 number on the 8th December 2021 that I actually got through and spoke with the HR manager about selling the house. She called the following day and then nothing apart 2 email responses.. Nothing now happening.
Today I went on their website which has been changed. There is a new number 01612410486. It rang properly and I pressed 2 for the trust people. It sang me some music and then it said I needed to leave a message. Some progress I suppose.

This company does not look after the interests of clients and regularly turn off their telephone for days on end to avoid discussion of issues with clients and also do not respond to emails.
Philips Trust Corporation acquired many clients in 2019 by taking the names and personal details from trusts administered by The Family Trust Corporation of Nottingham and contacting them without The Family Trust Corporation seeking permission from individuals to do so.
Philips Trust Corporation and The Family Trust Corporation had at this time the same director, Mr Philip Wells and and many of the staff worked for both companies.
Mr Philip Wells was also the director of Deedbank during this period where clients trust documents were stored.
Clients were approached and informed that The Family Trust Corporation was not continuing to operate as a trust company and they should transfer trusts to Philips Trust Corporation. They were then charged fees to transfer their trusts to Philips although they had already paid the same fees to the Family Trust Corporation.

I bought a coffee machine on Black Friday, that was deal with a very good price - one of the main reason I made this purchase.
I received the machine in several weeks, but the machine arrived broken. Its water system leaked internally, inside the machine, but support insisted it is water tank. After long discussions I finally was able to sent the machine to reprair center. After several weeks the center diagnosed that the machine is broken, couldn't be repaired and required replacement.
After several weeks, I received an email that there is no machine for exchange and I will get money return.

What I have at the resulsts:
-My money where at comany's disposal for almost 2 months
-I have lost the time because i didn't have the machine, only headache because they sent me originally broken device
-No good price since, since the time has passed...
-No SORRY or discount for the new purchase.

Will buy from Philips nothing. Bad company, bad customer support

This company is totally unresponsive and will take your money and then not communicate with you. They have not answered any of my communications or even returned any legal documents that have been sent to them. They need to be inspected and Trust funds moved to another company that are more reputable. Stay away unless you can afford to lose all your assets.

Sadly Philips Trust Corporation is, in fact, untrustworthy. Mr Nightingale, please could I join the Action Group?

What a waste of time these people are we paid to set a trust up then when my late father passed away I had to pay again it took them nearly a year to pay out , but I'm still waiting for the deeds to his house to be put into my name , steer clear of this company they are money grabbers I've never known any one paying twice for something they are now saying I need to get in touch with the family trust corporation but couldn't find the phone number to give me that says it all the should be struck off .

Diabolical service from start to finish.
At the same position a year and a half down the line when Philips Trust began their ‘work’.
Their work is woefully slow, uncommunicative and exceedingly difficult to get a straight answer to a simple question 😞

For the person who needs to get in touch with Philips Trust I have discovered that the Director has set up another company called After Today Ltd at the same address. This company has control of Deedbank(Document Storage) Ltd which is the Company I believe held Wills and Documents previously. I don’t know whether they hold your documents. I hope that this helps.

My dad died recently and Philips Trust made the will and are the named executors. We have been trying to contact them but their contact number is constantly engaged and our emails have been unsuccessful too. They were originally based in Lichfield, but now in Salford. Can any one give us any advice on how we can contact them. They are making an already stressful time worse.
