Having never sold a property before I was expertly guided through the whole process by all the people at Phillips George. From the initial valuation visit to the completion of sale they have been professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. They kept me informed throughout and I would certainly recommend them. Excellent service and value for money.

I thought that all reviews were made up, and I would never write one, but having dealt with Phillips George I felt compelled that I should let anyone who is thinking of using an estate agent to sell they should know and contact Phillips George.
During a two-year period, we tried to sell our house using 4 Estate agents with in the area including a nationally advertised one, in this period you could count on just two hands the number of viewings they generated. Most of these viewings were people who were not interested just noisy, which was obvious these Agents did not vet them as they should. They did not keep us informed, it was us that chase them and when we did you felt they were doing us a favour, stating what do you expect in this climate.
Then we meet the people at Phillips George, what a complete difference, they were extremely professional in every department, their knowledge of the area was excellent and they were very polite when speaking with them and nothing was to much trouble. They vetted every interested and only the people who they consider were interested in purchasing the property would they allow to view, and that was more than all the other agents had managed. We contacted them in October 2019 and by March 2020 we had sold only for Covid we would have moved earlier. Even through the Covid period they kept us informed of any developments. I cannot recommend Phillips George too highly. I can say that over the many years I have sold and purchased properties the company and the people are the best I have dealt with and would have no problems in using them in the future.

Phillipsgeorge were the agents of the house that we have purchased and I can honestly say that they did more to move along my own sale transaction than my own Estate Agents! The contacts have they have and their determination are outstanding. We were kept fully informed at all stages even if it went a little quiet and there wasn’t a lot to update us on we still got a quick email saying that and for me that is what takes customer service from good to excellent! Cannot thank Clare enough time for what she did for us, even with a pandemic throwing a spanner in the works she got us the house of our dreams and we love it! Couldn’t recommend Philips George estate agents enough (and it’s not often you hear that much positive about estate agents but these break the mould). I actually wasn’t the client, they were the agents of the house I purchased. They were professional yet so friendly from the very first viewing to completion and handing me my keys to my new home. They were very realistic and didn’t just say things that they thought I wanted to hear. I was updated weekly with the progress of my purchase every step of the way. Even letting me know when things would go a little quiet and why. The service was second to none!!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Dan and Clare from Phillips George and I can honestly say that at every step of the way they were excellent. They set an ambitious but achievable asking price and thanks to their connections and industry we had three offers of the asking price within a week of being on the market. This was largely down to Dan's sales demeanour. He sells you himself when you first meet him as he values the property for you and you instantly think "if he can present our house half as well as he presents himself this is going to be a quick sell". Honestly you see it as soon as you meet him! They're communication with all parties was excellent for the duration of the process and as an added bonus they're just good people! The aftercare from Clare during the processes leading up to exchange of contracts was particularly valuable to us as she politely but diligently chased parties; her presence, in addition to the pestering we were doing, really helped us get over the line and made us feel like we had an ally! We will recommend them to everyone we know.

Clare, Paul and Sam have been fantastic in selling our house! We can't recommend them enough. Our house sold on the first viewing for full asking before it was even listed on rightmove/zoopla. This is because they take great care in matching buyers and sellers. Once we had accepted an offer they kept us in the loop and really helped make our sale and purchase as smooth as possible. We used both the solicitors and removals as per their recommendation and again both were great. If we ever sell our house again, it will be with Clare and Paul. Thanks for all your help guys!

In selling our house, Phillips George were excellent. They are honest and tell you what you need to do to get your house sold, providing excellent advice along the way. Their valuation was the most realistic...yes another agent put it higher but the marketing strategy of Phillips George was much better.
Clare was professional and friendly...she will tell you as it is, someone we felt we could trust and could work with.
