Phillips Home Improvement - Highly Recommend
We’ve used Phillips Home Improvement (DFW area in Texas) several times for repair and painting projects, and this most recent one was the largest yet. Mark was, as always, responsive, detailed, and professional — making sure I understood and was comfortable with every step before moving forward. He even offered a solution for a recurring chimney issue caused by wildlife, something I hadn’t even planned to ask about.
On start day, Project Manager Daniel and his team continued that same level of quality. Their communication and attention to detail were consistent throughout all five days. Every home presents its own challenges, and ours was no exception — but their skill, persistence, and positive attitude never wavered. I even added a few project changes midway through (and again near the end), and they handled everything with agility and professionalism. True professionals and great to work with. This is exactly why we keep coming back.
New for me this time was an added level of support during the planning stage. Mark connected me with Daina from Victory Paint to help with color selection. We needed updates in the main living areas but wanted everything to still flow with the rest of our home — and our old style and the new trends are worlds apart. Daina has that rare gift of being able to visualize what’s possible. Honestly, I wasn’t sure her suggestions would work, but not only did they work, they’ve enhanced our home beautifully. The flow into the other rooms is seamless. She was also very responsive as I asked the Phillips team to adjust plans along the way, and that coordination was critical to such an outstanding result.
