First time ever I feel like I have someone one on my side, not just wanting to sign me up for a large fee every month. I get 100s of emails a month offering services and to be fair I did check he was a real person in a real place. I am more than happy with the work done so far and will continue to use Ben in the future.

We're a swimming club and our 160 members depend on our website for information on galas / events that changes on a weekly basis. Our current host informed us that they could no longer provide their services and Ben jumped in and bailed us out. Our company runs healthcare websites for laboratories and the general public. This is the second occasion we have asked Philp eCommerce to assist with our OpenCart websites and on both occasions we have found the company to be easy to communicate with and provided excellent service. We stumbled across Ben on Trustpilot as we had previously obtained quotes from various web development companies which were quite frankly extortionate with small print caveats essentially ensuring they could pocket a few £ for the foreseeable future once they had done their job! I'm all for supporting small business as we are one ourselves and the opinion of individuals is far more valuable than a fancy website.

To that effect I began browing Trustpilot and the stand out was Philp and Co.

After dropping a quick email Ben was responsive and followed up immediately with a call to discuss our requirements, which was essentially to build a fully functioning eCommerce website for hair extensions.

Although this was not a field that Ben had previously developed websites for, he completely understood the business model, which is crucial.

Throughout the process Ben was completely cooperative and understanding of our changing requirements and was happy to make reasonable ammendments. Ben provided the full hosting package and was able to provide us accurate recommendations for tools such as Merchant accounts for payments, Email sign-ups etc. you name it and Ben knows where to go.

I have no reservations in recommending Phil and Co and their services.

Wow! I was struggling with the integration of our OpenCart system into our accounts system so popped an email over to Ben to see if he could help. His immediate response was of course he can help and within a few hours everything was integrated and I'm up and running.
