money taken out of bank weeks ago did…
money taken out of bank weeks ago did not spot that item was batch processed seems like months before reciept and quality was surprisingly poor unable to read text on ordanance survey map!

Thank you for the feedback Keith, however, the orders are clearly marked as pre-orders, and this is explained on all adverts and every product description clearly, at the point of ordering, and also on all advertising that this is a pre-order item with the dates of end of pre-order, and expected delivery. All of my jigsaws are sold in this way. I am explicit about this. Your order was.. *Ordered on 3rd May. Pre-orders closed 6th May. Posted via Royal Mail on 31st May.
The scale is 1:250,000 and is true to scale on the completed jigsaw which is at the exact scale of the OS map as it originates from OS mapping files. The lid, which you must be referring to, is for reference only and is only an aid to completing the jigsaw, it could never be at full size as the box could not be that big. It is, after all part and parcel of the jigsaw challenge.
The review given does not consider the terms of sale properly nor fairly, and the comment about the lid guidance image, that will only ever be a guide image and part of the challenge of the puzzle.

Very disappointed with the quality (not content) of the book - many images appear to be in soft focus or not clearly visible - certainly nowhere near the quality of reproduction that I associate with books like this.

I will feed this back to my print partner, but the print is onto carefully selected papers, and even the direction of the grain has been considered as to how the book opens. To date however, after selling 350 in the first run and, now the second edition of 600 copies, this is the first feedback that relates to product quality, that said, I will feed this back.
