As an Air BnB co-host, I contacted Phoenix HPR over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend with a boiler emergency.Yusuf, who represents this company, has arrived in a record time, was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to give us different options as how to treat the faulty boiler, keeping in mind both the cost as well as longevity. His “no nonsense” approach is refreshing. You can tell that he cares about his customers beyond just handing out an invoice. In simplest term - he wants to do an honest job. This isn’t always the case in this field so to find a gem like Phoenix is quite rare. We will definitely come back to Yusuf for all our plumbing & heating needs.

Phoenix came to install our Gas Hob & did a fantastic job.
Yusuf was polite & courteous.
Cut the existing kitchen worktop to the size of the new hob & very pleased with the work.
Should I need anything done in the future I would call Phoenix again.

Yusuf did a great job on our boiler and solar water. The first installer made a complete mess of it and after Vaillant came around we got Yusuf to do all the work and he got everything working correctly again on what is a complex system

Excellent service from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with no mess left behind.

The engineer was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler. They explained the problem clearly in a way that was easy to understand, and outlined the repair process before getting started. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Emergency response and one point solution
This is the second time I have called on Yusuf and he was brilliant as ever. On this occasion I required him for emergency response & he was well equipped with all necessary components - a one point solution to the problem of a lack of hot water and faulty boiler component.

Yusuf of Phoenix calmly and competently resolved urgent problems with 2 wc concealed cisterns replacing them with much cheaper but reliable one. including replacing decorative panels, also dealing with minor electrical work.
