Straight forward and great to work with. I have known Celia for a couple of years and have always been impressed by her hard work and dedication not only to her business and development but also to her tenants.

We had a chat a few months ago and I see with all that I have seen in the business decided to invest for 6 months. Could not have been happier. 6 months later I received back my investment together with my interest.

I can only highly recommend Phoenix and Celia and will be investing again in the future.

Celia is kind, reliable and an amazing landlord, who genuinely cares about her tenants. Everything has always been smooth, stress free and super welcoming. I’ve been with phoenix living for short stays and long term and I’ve never been disappointed. As someone who started living independently very young for dance college, Celia always went above and beyond to ensure it was a home rather than somewhere to stay. Could recommend more ⭐️

I stayed in Number 120 for 2 years and honestly couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. Celia is an incredible landlord who truly takes pride in her work, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. The facilities were great, everything was always well looked after, and it really felt like a home. I lived in a shared flat on Aigburth Road in Liverpool, and overall my experience with the landlord was really positive.

The process from the initial viewing to actually signing the tenancy agreement was a bit lengthy, but everything came together in the end — the deposit was handled properly, monthly rent payments went smoothly, and most importantly, my deposit was returned in full after moving out. That peace of mind is worth a lot.

During my tenancy, the company looked after the property really well. Whenever something broke or needed attention, it was dealt with promptly. There was even a regular cleaning service for the flat, which was an incredibly convenient touch that I genuinely appreciated.

Rent prices in Liverpool are quite high in general, which is a shame, but for what I paid I got a lovely flat share with a fantastic kitchen and a great bathroom — so it felt worthwhile in the end.

All in all, a great experience. I'd recommend this landlord to anyone looking for a well-managed property in Liverpool.

Beautifully decorated and thought out house, with a really active landlord. Celia was always willing to go the extra mile to support us as tenants, including hosting pizza nights for tenants! Very helpful with the minor issues within the house.

The flat was beautifully decorated it really felt like home. Any issues we had whether it was with the oven or misplaced keys Celia was so quick to help where she could.

Exceptional company/landlord. Well looked after and maintained property. Things were fixed/improved promptly. They even organised a pizza night to help us meet other property tenants and bought an additional fridge freezer when we suggested the one we had was getting a little cramped. Couldnt ask for more than that. 5 star. Would recommend.
