I competed my CBT with Mark in July along with another girl. Mark was excellent and made us feel at ease before we got onto the road, he was also very patient when we got separated a few times due the busy traffic in Portsmouth city. I would also like to mention Carly who helped me a lot over the phone by change the date and being very flexible. Excellent service!

Overall my experience with Phoenix was positive.
Clear communication by email and text. Very easy to book or change dates. Price was in line with other schools in the area. Excellent level of training. Modern, well equipped selection of bikes. Friendly staff who clearly know their Hornets from their Hayabusas!

Completed my CBT, MOD1, and MOD2 with Phoenix over the last year and they are fantastic. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to start their journey or move onto the next license tier.

Mickey, Martin, and Paul are all fantastic instructors and very patient. The bikes are high quality and well maintained.

In preparation for the MOD1 exam the instructors booked a private 2-hour slot at the DVSA test pad that we were doing our test at. Having those 2 hours to practice every manouever was extremely valuable and I believe contributed heavily to the success I had. Absolutely recommend that this is put into every MOD1 prep day session as it really helps you understand the layout and what's expected of you.

First time ever on a bike and I was made to feel very comfortable, given loads of instruction and the whole day was very relaxed at no point did the instructor get annoyed or frustrated. I would highly advise anyone to use this company for any bike related training/courses.

Used these guys for my CBT, Mod 1, and soon to be Mod 2; nice guys who are thorough, knowledgeable and encouraging. Good quality equipment and well maintained bikes. Quick and helpful customer service. Really good on the whole.

My only complaint is with the law really; in that my CBT ran out before I could take my Mod 2 so had to pay to do it again even though I had a valid mod 1 and theory test … seems a bit backwards and unnecessarily expensive to me but hey ho, can’t fault the guys for that!

I have done both my CBT and now my A2 license with Phoenix Motorcycle Training (Fareham) now in 2023 and 2024, and I can not fault the services provided. They maintain their bikes to great standard, and offer in depth courses. The instructors are amazing! I have been trained by Mickey, Paul and Martin, all of whom helped me with my confidence and capability of riding on the road, as well as making learning to ride and improve my skills great fun.
