I've bought 2 watches from this (red dial eagel ray gmt and a white dial leviathan). I like the watches. They are thick though. Would definitely consider buying another one.

I ordered the Narwhal 200M (PY061C) on PHOIBOS OFFICIAL ON-LINE STORE. It arrived with misaligned hour markers and a crooked date window, making it difficult to read the time. The seller refused my return, claiming the protective film on the bracelet was removed, even though the watch shows no signs of use.

Communication felt like talking to a robot, with zero willingness to acknowledge legal rights. They keep insisting that these cheap-looking misaligned markers are “within tolerance”, even though other watches of the same model were perfectly aligned. They repeatedly send copy-paste responses based on their internal rules, while completely ignoring EU consumer law (14 day no-reason return - Directive 2011/83/EU).

If your watch arrives flawless, you’ll enjoy a great-looking piece. But if it comes defective, you’re on your own with lost money...

Because of personal issues I was unable to pick up the watch in the specified time from the post office. Instead of it being sent again or being refunded, they would rather scrap their product. So because of scheduling conflicts I lost a gift as well as a few hundred euros. Will never buy from them again

For me the greatness of a company is not the absence of problems, but the system with which it solves them for the benefit of the user. They are doing very good products at the right price.
