⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience with PhoneCase.pk – Wrong Product & Extremely Poor Customer Service

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max Translucent TiltCore MagSafe Case with built-in 45° Kickstand + screen protector from PhoneCase.pk.

I received the parcel and paid for it, but when I opened the package, I found that the case I received was NOT the case I ordered.

I immediately tried contacting PhoneCase.pk through the multiple WhatsApp numbers they provide. I sent messages, made repeated calls, and even recorded and sent them a video clearly showing what I ordered versus what I actually received.

Despite making many attempts throughout the day, I received no response for hours.

Eventually, I managed to reach one of their representatives. I explained the issue and sent them the video evidence. Initially, they claimed that they had sent the correct case. However, after I explained again and showed them the video, they admitted that the wrong case had been sent.

They then told me that they would send me the correct case and provide confirmation the following day.

It has now been 2 days, and there is still no confirmation, no replacement, and no proper response. I have again been trying to contact them through calls and WhatsApp, but they are not responding.

This is extremely disappointing.

Mistakes can happen in any business — but ignoring a customer after admitting that the wrong product was sent is completely unacceptable.

I paid for a specific product and expect either:

The correct product I ordered, or
A full refund.

The way this issue has been handled shows extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.

I would strongly advise other customers to be careful when ordering from PhoneCase.pk and make sure you verify your order before paying.

PhoneCase.pk — I have already provided you with the video proof and contacted you repeatedly. Please resolve this issue instead of ignoring your customer.

The quality wasn't that bad if you keep it on forever (very difficult to remove) but the colors didn't appeal as they do on the enhance images.

Returned just to get a loss of 20% in the name of shipping cost.

I ordered a case for my Pixel 10 Pro XL. First of all, the quality was not what I expected. I thought it would be made of a soft black material, as it appeared in the listing as premium quality, but the case I received is made of a hard material.

Also, I didn’t really like any of the listed designs, so I decided to customize the case with my own design. I provided an Assassin’s Creed character wallpaper and asked for the character to be placed in the center of the case. However, instead of properly adjusting the image, you stretched the entire image to fit the case, which made it look very distorted and weird.

Bad quality products, mostly not as shown in the product. Website rating is fake. Similar to other online fraudulent websites who do not have proper contacts for after sales. False claim on refunds as they dont respond on the given numbers.
