I was so pleased to make the decision to go local for my iPhone upgrade and I couldn’t be more pleased, Matt has given me such clear advice and confidence about my purchase as well as helping me make the transition from one phone to another shiny new iPhone

While in Thatcham came into the shop to purchase a new SIM card however I latwe found at the fault was with my flip phone. Matt was lovely at assisting me through my choices showing me phones at all sorts of prices. Once we landed on a phone he helped me buy some accessories which I needed to protect my phone. Matt was charming and lovelg to deal with. Will come agai. Thank you!!! ❤️

I visited Beaconsfield Phone Surgery and met with Mr Ali to obtain a card for Lebara. He was most helpful in advising me what needs to be done by me. His gentle and soft approach helped me in setting all the various bits on my new phone -always with a smile. I feel he is a great asset to Phone Surgery located in Beaconsfield and would recommend them.

Brilliant, fast and friendly service. Just had my second repair done in the thatcham store.

Initially had a charging port replacement on my Nintendo switch. Very quick turn around and works perfectly now.

Today I had the charging port on my iPhone 16 pro max replaced. Again perfect service and fixed within an hour!

Would 100% recommend! Fingers crossed I don’t have any further issues with any of my devices however if I do I know I can trust phone surgery (thatcham) to do it well.

Alex was extremely helpful at Phone Surgery Shepperton. I have asked for his help last minute with three of my families phones from a broken camera cover, viruses on my parents phone to replacing my daughters phone when hers was on its last legs! He was always polite, knowledgeable and never patronising. Would recommend someone to trying this branch.
