This shop honestly has the most disgusting and veeeery rude staff. There is this one guy, he has glasses, he was there today. I went there to ask how much was it to fix one iPhone camera, and he said, it's good that only the protection is broken. And he decided all by himself to take off completely my phone protection, and he took out a new one, i said to him, I only came to ask how much was it, and he said "you are very stupid" and he just put a new protection from this pathetic shop, and said "10 pounds." I said to him, I did not want you to put this, he said "ok, I will take this off and get the f out of my shop, you stupid girl, my customers are walking out because of you" and my mom said to keep the protection on. So he threatened me to take off the camera protection 4 times and he scratched my phone with a sharp blade, and he put his camera protection, that was scratched and had so many bubbles, and you cannot see through the camera, just a blur. He said "go to the other shop and pay double the price" I asked him if the bubbles will go away or will they stay, and again he was just so rude throughout this whole time, and he just replied to me
"they might go away, they might not. You are very f-ing stupid and just leave my shop and go somewhere else"
. And I just said to him to fix his
attitude, and of course he kept swearing at me and my mother.

Not only he made us pay £10 but he scratched my phone, and what we paid for, was put on very terribly, to the point where I can’t see through the camera because of the bubbles

Used this software for a small business project, and it never synced properly. Paid for full access, but half the features wouldn’t load. Their support blamed my device, even though everything else works fine. Later, I entered the same project on 247 easytracking, and it showed real-time updates immediately. No unnecessary setup. Just works. I wasn’t looking for anything special, only something reliable. Disappointed that the paid app couldn’t even manage that.
