I ordered a Birthday bouquet for my wife. They delivered as promise. Beautiful arrangement and great service. Will definitely call them again.

Flowers were delivered .There was no card no name of sender the party whom I sent had no idea who sent them They only came to know when I called them. This was in the city of Hyderabad India.

The owner/customer service provider is so pathetically rude. They don't deliver in the selected time slot. Upon calling them, they blatantly deny to adhere to the timings. According to the person I talked to with my issue, we are supposed to call and place order as the website has issues with the slots.

Disgusting behaviour of the owner or whoever’s number is been provided .. Took the order and never got delivered and now to refund the amount, the person had stopped answering calls ..

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Phoolwala.com, and I must say it was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I placed an order with them and, unfortunately, had to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances. That's when my ordeal began.

Phoolwala.com took my money without hesitation, but when it came to refunding it, they displayed a shocking lack of integrity and customer service. It has been an agonizing wait, and I have yet to see a single penny returned to my account.

I ordered flower bouquet and rasmalai cake from Hyderabad branch and transferred the money to Shidhartha Gautam Goswami Hyderabad the fraud guy. Delayed order with no bouquet and a cake with no rasmalai in it. He was lecturing me about
his authentic service and that he doesn't do cheap business and when I called again and again for the delivery he switched off his phone. And the important thing is he covered it with a lie that cake was 1kg that's why he can't refund but it was a half kg cake. Liar . Fraud . Spoiled costumers day. They don't care about someones special day . Cheats.I'm complaining in consumer forum for sure. Can't allow guys like Shidhartha to fool out of people. Phoolwala.com worst service. Not trustable at all

Phoolwala.com shouldn’t be trusted and website is fake. They’re using automated generated emails. The website is well maintained and looks like it is genuine, but it is not. I’ve been charge around ₹5000. I think the website should be blocked and police complaint should be filed on this guys so other person wouldn’t be affected. I’m going to give the police complaint today .all the best.

The payment went through, no confirmation order and the person in question has not received anything. They say you can contact them through Whatsapp, no answer, no one has even received or read the message. Am contacting card provider to stop the payment.

I would give it a zero star. They never delivered the product and kept ignoring all my calls. There is no refund or anything. Thieves. Take your money elsewhere.

Fraudulent website. The order was cancelled, but it has been more than a month and they still have not refunded my money. The order tracker does not show any orders. The phone numbers mentioned on the website do not work. I requested call back multiple times but no one has contacted me yet.

I was able to connect get the number of an employee who said that they will refund me in 3-4 days, but it's been 3 weeks but no refund was made. my number has also been blocked now.

It's a gang of online scam & fraudsters, never order from them, they will cheat ur money & then disappear. I strongly recommend filing police complain against these cheats

I made an order for a boquet of lilly for Rs.1400 for the dad's 75th birthday .But they delivered 5 roses poked on a thermacol base , most of the thermocol was seen outside . This is unreliable and very unfair service . Please dont buy here . I saw the google reviews and made the purchase despite of so many other options . But this is cheating .

Never order anything from this site. If you are an NRI !! They will take your money , they will not deliver your item, they never answer phone calls and basically they screw you up.. This is a Scam.
Then why there are positive reviewers !!! Company's like this one use there own people to write reviews .. When you order an item only you understand there true face.
