cancelled order on the day of delivery that too in evening at the end of day leaving person helpless to order somwhere else and no refund of money yet

I sent cake, flowers and chocolates to my friend in India. I ordered it from USA and it was exactly same what I saw in pictures. I am absolutely impressed with their support team, timely delivery and quality of products. I strongly recommend it.
