I ordered 3 rolls of film - which arrived promptly. Unfortunately 1 roll of film had past its expiry date by 3 months, another roll expires in the month I received it and the third expires in 5 months time. I immediately contacted Photo Bite and was pleased to receive a very quick response from Simon (Director). He apologised stating an error on their part - the films for my order were picked from the wrong batch (apparently they have a separate batch of short-dated/expired film stock). He asked if I wanted to return the films - but as I was about to go on holiday (and use the films) he offered me a partial refund and an extra roll of each film. I was happy with this and confirmed my acceptance. That was the last I heard from Simon - despite 3 email chasers. I've received neither the partial refund nor the extra rolls of films as promised. This is the first and last time I will use Photo Bite. Its a shame as they have some good products that are competitively priced and seem to have a genuine interest in supporting the photographic community. I have raised a dispute with the credit card company stating the goods/service I received was not as described and that I had attempted to resolve this directly with the seller. Sharing my experience as a warning to others.

I had a slight issue with my order that would normally drop a rating however the customer service from Simon has been excellent.
My emails have been replied to promptly and the issue rectified in a courteous manner.

Ordered 10 rolls of Agfa 400 36 35 mm. It still has not arrived three weeks later. Contacted the seller several times to ask if they had sent my order. Got through to Simon who said he would chase up my order. Never got back to confirm. I decided to cancel my order and photobite credited my account without any fuss. Service could be better.

Terrible at communication - have been chasing for update on my order for months and then when they finally suggested a refund I’m now chasing again for another couple of months for that. I’m not sure if they just have one person working there so can’t keep up or they’re trying to get away with not refunding

I placed an order on 13th December, I still haven't received my order. I have emailed and messaged and haven't heard anything back. Would advise not to use them.

I have used Photobite twice in the last 2 weeks the service has excellent both packages arrived within 5 days both including the weekend I would certainly recommend them

I have been waiting 9 months for an order to be fulfilled, constant excuses and no updates without chasing up. Avoid at all costs.

This company is either a scam or has stopped operating completely. I have placed an order and 3 weeks have gone by but no shipping or order acknowledgement, no excuse for delayed shipping and no one picks up the phone.
