A bought a lovely charm for my wedding. I had a very minor issue.
When i emailed they replied within minutes and the issue was rectified on the same day. Support Irish business cant beat the customer service.
Will definitely go out of my way to buy from this business again. As they were so kind.

A beautiful keepsake.
I ordered a lovely memorable piece for my partner as a keepsake present. It was beautifully presented. Great price. And an Irish company I am proud to support. I was sent a lovely email from Feilm thanking me for my support and a 10 per cent discount off my next order. I wish them all well for the future. I will be purchasing again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

insane that no remote fixes
It is absolutely insane that your laundry machines are not supported remotely. A frozen machine that can fixed in min it's left sitting there for days waiting for someone to call out. Your customer care number can't even issue a refund, what's the point in having someone there till 10 if they can't do anything to help
