Put in my order on September 11 and still no package a month later. No way to tack the order and emails from their customer support are unanswered.

I absolutely love Phreak especially the novelty shaped toys. I love the fact there is so much variety with size, firmness and colours. They are always great quality. I love it when a new range comes out! So excited to get my monster, redbull and coke cans!

The product is fun
The product is fun, def not practical, got medium and it was still very floppy, plus I don’t really know my materials very well but I chose one that literally is sticky so it gets everything stuck in it. Also waited for about a month for delivery. I would shop again but I will stick to stuff I’ve seen other people with.

I really wanted to write a good review but the service let them down unfortunately. I was told 2 weeks delivery and after 4 weeks I contacted them again to be told the item was ready and would be sent that day. The following week I still hadn't received it and chased again.... A little more assertively. They didn't respond but I got an email 2 days later stating it was dispatched. I only placed a small order because I wanted to see what their service and products were like before placing a much larger order. I don't think I'll bother.
