We purchashed a Kawai GX2 and a Feurich 115 last year for our young daughter. What can I say, Hans and Viga are helpful, they will encourge you to spend the whole day to try out every piano, even their Piano Technician (Evan) was helpful. They were not pushy, but very accomodating.

Excellent organisation to work with. Piano ordered online, perfect communication and assistance with follow up after computer system glitch. Piano was delivered yesterday. Excellent heads up and notification of time of arrival. Carefully unloaded and handled.

Was looking for a learner digital piano for a 6 years old, Store price is cheaper than online, so definity recommand to visit in person. My kids love it, and they can experience different type of pianos there. Finally got the right one for him.

Staff were helpful and open to fair negotiations. Hans was really nice and accommodating our pickup. Will totally go back when upgrading to an acoustic piano.
