After receiving full access, you contacted some profiles that were already marked as “hired” and used this as a reason to claim the service is misleading. We have clearly explained to you that our platform provides filters where you can choose and contact only “not hired” profiles, which is exactly what all our other clients do successfully. It is not fair to ignore the filters and then hold us responsible for that.
We also explained that hiring a maid or nanny is not something that happens in one hour or one day. On average, it takes two to three weeks depending on your requirements, location, and the kind of role you are offering. Expecting to find and finalize a candidate immediately after payment is unrealistic. The purpose of the subscription is to give you 30 days of full access so you have sufficient time to explore, connect, and finalize the right person.
Regarding your concern about salary expectations, every profile on our website is listed with a clear salary bracket—for example, AED 1,800 to 2,200. Within that range, a candidate may request AED 2,000 or slightly higher if additional duties such as nannying or caregiving are included. This is normal in direct hiring and does not make the profile fake. In fact, we have already shared with you the screenshots which confirm that the maid you referred to requested AED 2,000 only, not AED 2,500 as you claimed. This proves the information on our platform is correct and transparent.
As for visa details, all applicants submit their own documents, and we verify them before listing. The candidates are real and actively seeking work, and we are continuously adding over 20 new profiles every day to ensure our clients have fresh and genuine options.
We also wish to remind you that once you have received access to the database and already started contacting candidates, a refund is not possible as per the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of payment. Asking for a refund immediately after using the service and at the same time threatening to post negative reviews on social media is unfair to us as a company, as we have delivered exactly what was promised.
We remain committed to supporting you throughout your subscription period and helping you find the right candidate. Many of our clients are able to hire successfully within the given access time when they use the platform properly, and we are confident you too can achieve this if you continue with patience and correct use of the tools provided. Our intention has never been to mislead but to provide families with a transparent and effective way to connect with genuine maids and nannies.
