Terrible experience.
They have vague advertising about available features, after paying the subscription cost to be able to access and test the features I found them to be either very limited or not entirely what was advertised and not suitable for my business. After reaching out for assistance I was advised that they could not help with any of my provlems and that the money I paid to try the features would not be refunded after I paid less than 24 hours beforehand.

this service was a liar. They convinced me to upgrade for services they have never offered! Like coupons and stuff. Big Liars, don't waste you money, plenty of legit places out there that do what you need!

A SCAM!! ,i was desperate enough to pay 200nis 1 month ago and until now it says that there is 157 people infornt of me although each day its says that between 10-20 appointments have been set i have been stuck in the sane place ,its a scam to make you pay even more money to get a faster appointments and then you wont get anything.also will delete already set appointments if you have one .Dont recommend at all

שילמתי 200 ש"ח כדי לקבל תור מהיר, חיכיתי כמה חודשים כולל פניות אליהם אמרו לי לשנות ככה ולשנות ככה עיתי הכל וללא קביעת תור. בסוך הצלחתי לקבוע תור בעתמי וביקשתי החזר. לא החזירו ופתאום באורח פלא נרשם לי ניסינו לקבוע תור אבל כבר היה לך תור. בזבוז של כסף.

מחפש תור לחידוש והנפקת דרכונים

Found an appointment and scheduled it for me in about a week. Iv’e made all northern locations as an option which probably made it easier.

I am glad I came across this site. It helped me a lot. I had already lost hope and suddenly you get a message that you have an appointment in a nearby city. It is highly recommended

שירות מעולה חסר לי המון זמן המתנה, קיבלתי את השירות המהיר ביותר שלא האמנתי שיצליחו לקבוע לי תור

התפלאתי מאוד לקבל תור ..לא האמנתי.
לצערי נאלצתי לבטח אותו כי הבן שלי נהיה בן 18 חודש אחרי התור ואני מעדיפה לחכות שלא יהיה קטין. לא חשבתי על זה בזמן שביקשתי את התור לכן אאלץ לקבוע תור חדש. תודה רבה

לצערי התור לא מתאים היה עוזר אם אפשר היה לבקש תור החל מתאריך מסוים או חוץ מתאריכים מסוימים...

יחסית לרישום לא הרגשתי שהמתנתי
זמן רב לתור וזה נהדר, אולם בפועל לא יכולתי לממש אותו וחבל- המערכת שלחה לי ב11:30 שיש לי תור ב12:30 משמע התור לא ישים להגעה מבחינת מרחק והתארגנות ונאלצתי לבטלו ולהרשם מחדש

לא האמנתי שאני אוכל לקצר המתנה של שישה חודשים לחודש בפחות מ24 שעות
שווה ביותר
