These folks are great. They know what they’re doing and keep you informed with their expertise. My situation took a little longer than usual, but mainly due to my doctor not sending information very quickly and the holidays, through no fault of PIC life’s. Bri and Kris regularly sent me email on the things that were being worked on. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the best rates.

Great customer service.

These guys have repeatedly dropped the ball. This process has taken literal months, and I'm still no where near completing the process. We have been so prompt with replies and providing all details they ask for, and then we hear nothing for weeks. When we follow up, they claim to not have gotten our answers, even though they respond to the emails with the answers. It's been a complete disaster. If you haven't started the process, I'd suggest trying elsewhere first.

Very nice personnel. Need to at times be more professionally thorough. Explain in more detailed form, and especially help obtain and record applicable information. It’s not correct to just send emails and expect the customer to have to decipher ALL, fill in, and send back. Need to be detail oriented. If something has been sent in before, a customer should not have to do it multiple times. That all being said, it is a good company overall and where I choose to be.
