Incomplete contents twice!
The first shipment was missing the glass & backing. I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement order, which we just realized was missing the hanging kit! Luckily we found a hanging kit on the first box but come on!!

The website was easy to use and the packaging was good, but unfortunately, the materials were subpar and I could've purchased much better frame materials at a local Michael's craft store or similar.

Correction made Easy
I made my order and one frame came to me incorrectly. I called and the person was very friendly and made the correction and immediately sent the correct frame. I was very impressed by the quality and the response to the issue. I will order from this company again.
Also the frames are sent very well packaged.
