Great company, great service & value for money

Had to make changes to my policy…
Had to make changes to my policy following purchase of a new mobile phone. This was dealt with very quickly with staff keeping me right on what information I needed to provide to get this updated and my updated policy documents arrived the following morning.

3 Years of Great Service
I'm just about to go into my 3rd year with LoveItCoverIt for my mobile insurance. The second year renewal was the same price as the first year & my 3rd year has seen a reduction in price due to a loyalty discount being applied, despite me needing to claim in the last 12 months. Pleasantly surprised with this as often insurance companies try to bump up the price year-on-year, even without a claim being made. The claim was handled quickly & without fuss & my correspondence to register a new device was dealt with quickly & very politely. Overall a very good experience & much better than expected.

Great company with very helpful staff and good communication
I have used this company for a number of years fir my mobile phone insurance and always found them very good.
I contacted to advise about a change in phone number for the policy and Susan was extremely helpful. We were also offered a loyalty discount which was unexpected but really appreciated.

I would like to thank Karl for taking the time to carefully explain the claims process to me. As an elderly customer, I sometimes need a little extra help understanding things, and Karl was incredibly patient, polite, and understanding throughout.
He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. His kindness and professionalism really helped make what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
