Product is great, but customer service when things don’t go right is lacking!
I used Pikto for the first time this year, for several orders. The experience was good - production quality was excellent and delivery was too. However, on my third order, production was slower (due to the holiday season) but was shipped well ahead of Christmas deadlines. However, the order disappeared in the tracking app, and no updates were available. After several weeks, and after reaching out to Pikto several times, they kept informing me the item was in transit, the “expedited” service was the slowest(????) and keep watching for updated tracking information (which I’ve been doing for several weeks). The package is lost, nobody knows where to find it, and Pikto doesn’t even attempt to track down the package or assist me in any way. I love the company, and would never again use Shutterfly when there is a good Canadian alternative, but they really need to improve their customer service to help customers when things don’t work as they should - they can’t simply “wash their hands” of it because they think the issue is their shipper’s issue - I’m dealing with Pikto, not the shipper. If they want to really be successful, they need to step up and improve their end-to-end service & delivery.
