Terrible terrible product
Terrible terrible product. Bought the cooling mats for our bed absolutely NO cooling affect whatsoever. Total waste of £74 customer service just say you cannot return . This mat has no cooling properties I would not expect any product to keep cold all night I would however expect a cooling mat to have at least a little cooling effect. This product does nothing. Not fit for purpose.

Please remember that the cool mat is designed to draw heat away from your body, it doesn't stay 'cold' throughout the night rather the thermodynamic fibres reduce temperature build up to help hot sleepers. I understand our care team have been in touch to help too.

I’ve been looking for a good pillow for months but I have a tight budget as a pensioner but your sight popped up on my fb and I found your sight very easy to use and placed my order just hope the pillow I’ve ordered is right for me

I was about to order from my usual 'I buy everything from' next day delivery when I just researched prices a little more. Pillowworld had exactly what I wanted at an incredible price on their very easy to navigate website. Maybe I will wait for a few extra days but I have a great price and free delivery.
