SCAM
Order never turned up. Emailed support@pillsphere as per on the confirmation email and it bounced back. Emailed sales@pillsphere as their responses on these negative reviews say to, and no reply. I looked again at the confirmation email sender and although it says from 'Pillsphere' if you click it to bring up the email address it is @shamapharma.co.uk which is the name of some other dodgy-looking website. The positive reviews here must be fake.

Appalling service. Failed to deliver an order and made no response to emails. When I managed to speak to someone on the phone they made an excuse but then failed to issue a refund - still no email nor any other communication. A joke of a company.

Scam company, I should've read the reviews before using. Like all the others I got a royal mail link saying dispatched and it never reaches royal mail. And all emails bounce. Avoid ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️
Update... I was contacted by Pillsphere and they apologised and advised package was lost in transit, offered to resend or refund, I chose resend and it arrived today.
So they are not a scam company, but really do need to sort out after sale customer service.

Please read the negative reviews as I’m pretty sure this is a scam and any positive reviews are fake. Like many others I ordered with 24 hour delivery. I received a tracking number for Royal Mail however pillsphere never despatched the parcel to Royal Mail. All of my emails to the company bounce. Please avoid this company

SCAM - Avoid
SCAM avoid. Took payment, created a tracking number but never dispatched anything, had to do a charge back. Ordered 06/02/2026, writing this review 28/02/26.
Edit: Since the company is querying this, I will add some more detail. Ordered on 06/02/2026, royal mail tracking created same day. Then...nothing. Tracking still shows awaiting package. Emailed the email address on the order email support[redacted] on 18/02/2026 and it bounced. Then emailed same day info[redacted] which is on their website...no reply. Then emailed 24/02/2026 to enquiries[redacted] and...no response. So...what are customers supposed to think. I have asked my bank for the money back. (I wanted to put the email addresses I tried but it is not allowed)

Can't get hold of anyone for an update. Order has not been despatched to Royal Mail as as stated and emails to their support email address bounce. Normal supplier takes a few days not weeks like these.
