Great shoes, but poor customer service. I have sent multiple emails to receive a price adjustment and have not heard any communication to confirm.
Just wondering if they are even still in business since they are having a 40% off sale on most of their inventory.

I ordered a pair of Piloti driving shoes in April 2024. Piloti charged my credit card, but never shipped the shoes. I have emailed their customer service 3 times, referencing the order number in the subject line. I have never received a response. Yes, I checked my spam filter. While my first 2 emails were requesting status, the last email requested a refund. No refund issued, and no response. I filed a complaint with my VISA card bank (USAA) in July. USAA attempted to contact Piloti, but never received a response.

Like another respondent said the Piloti website states they use FEDEX for USA deliveries. My purchase never arrived contacted Fedex DHL USPS but kept getting invalid tracking number response. A company called VEHO who commincates by text only.. who I thought was just a broker for delivery services gave me another tracking number but had no knowledge has to who the delivery service that actually made the delivery which in the end landed on a different porch. Today I discovered that it indeed was VEHO actually makes deliveries and said the problem is with Piloti who only communicates by email and only after 72 hours will get involved ..leaving my shoes on the feet on a Fast n Furious wannabe driving a very load and obnoxious Ricer

Good shoes, completely unresponsive and incapable customer service. If you preorder shoes do not include anything else in the order, because they will wait to ship it all and items that became out of stock after their many preorder delays will just get cancelled if you reach out with simple questions(weeks of wait for a response btw)

Only buy it you can see and try them on in person. Or maybe just find a better company.

Website clearly says they ship via FedEx. They shipped via DHL and the shoes never arrived. Tracking shows it was delivered to a city 400 miles from where I live (maybe returned to their distribution center?). Contacted them three times - only way to do so is via automated email. They never responded. Had to dispute via Visa.

Scam company. Ordered shoes in the wrong size, didn’t know you had to go through their “exchange” feature which isn’t an obvious thing. Out $400 and I have emailed multiple times with no reply. Disputing the charge.

Worst Customer Service and Vendor, PERIOD!

I have purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Piloti, both orders went horribly wrong.
They shipped me used shoes on the second order. I emailed them, but didn't hear back.
Don't buy anything from these crooks.

Ordered a pair of their great looking regularly priced shoes. "Just return for credit if not satisfied."
1. Quality so unsatisfactory I didn't want another Pilotti product
2, Must have return label to return unsatisfactory shoes.
3, No return label in box with shoes unlike most O/L retailers.
4. Online return label process ONLY allows you to print IF first you agree to exchange shoes for another Pilotti product.(no credit return to charge card offered)
5. No customer service telephone number shown ANYWHERE. Only email
6, No response to email either online or by phone call.
I have asked CC company to recover charge

The Endurance - 24H Le Mans Shoes are the absolutely most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned. They pinch your toes and the soles are uneven, twisting your foot to one side. They should toss them in a dumpster and light them on fire. If you like a nice looking shoe that you can place on a shelf and look at, buy Piloti. If you want a shoe to actually wear, avoid Piloti at all cost!

Shoes were returned more than three weeks ago, no refund, never reply to my emails, almost like the company is out of business.

DO NOT buy from this scammer company.

I bought a air of Piloti's (RS) mid-Dec, when they arrived I thought they might be too small so I ordered a pair 1/2 size larger.

got them today and decided to keep the 10's, but despite their "its so easy to return" claims in the order confirmation emails for both pairs, they are now "ineligible" for return.

update: I contacted Piloti CS and they made an exception to enable me to return the 10.5's

Please read full review...Bought a pair of Piloti Slipstream Cognacs (leather slip ons). Matched usual shoe size (8). Extremely uncomfortable out of box. Way too tight width and height wise. Wore them with medium thickness woollen socks 10-20 mins at a time throughout the day to stretch them. By the end of the day they fitted like a glove with thin ankle sports socks. Still wearing them. They feel like a second skin/slipper. Took them for a drive. Thin sole under ball of foot gives amazing feel on the pedals. Slightly raised and flared heel makes for easy heel and toe even at slow speed (low revs, gentle breaking). Bottom line: amazing driving shoe. Just bear with them and give them time to stretch and fit like a glove. Beautiful leather, high quality build. Best driving shoe I’ve bought/best shoe I’ve bought to drive in. 100% recommend!
