I do not recommend buying from them in…

I do not recommend buying from them in a simple fact this because of this. I wanted to do a return today for item. I didn’t need an open up but to send it back was $93 and they have a shipping policy that I have to pay for the shipping when they should just provide a return label. So I would advise anybody else to just go on Amazon and find it that way because I found pretty much all of what I needed for cheaper or go to Walmart.

To provide some context for other pilots and enthusiasts: we offer Free Outbound Shipping on these large, heavy flight simulation items to keep your initial costs down. However, because this specific gear is clearly marked as PC Compatible and not for Xbox, our policy requires the customer to handle return shipping for compatibility oversights.

As a specialized retailer, we can't always match the return logistics of giant corporations like Amazon, but we do provide expert product knowledge and support that they often don't. We’re sorry this didn't work out for your console, and we wish you the best with your flight sim setup!

I purchased Casio Men's GW-9400J-1JF

I purchased Casio Men's GW-9400J-1JF G-Shock Digital G Rangeman from Pilot Mall web site but received received. G-Shock Rangeman GW-9400. They are similar but not the same. I received the cheaper version of the GW-9400 model. In my last discussion with Pilot Mall, I mentioned the difference between the picture of the watch in the Pilot Mall web site is for GW-9400-1 and it clearly show it was difference between what I ordered and what I received. I also checked with Casio web site and mentioned to Pilot Mall rep but refused to acknowledged the difference. Despite the error, I will keep the watch but will not withdraw my comments. I have the picture of the watch I received and the picture on Pilot web site as well as the picture in Casio web site.

You purchased the Casio Rangeman G-Shock GW9400-1, which is the exact model we advertise, photograph, and list on our website. Your email confirmation and packing slip both correctly identified this model, and that is the item we fulfilled.

Initially, your concern (and initial negative review on the Judge.me) was that you received a 'G-9400' rather than a 'G9400-1.' Once we clarified that the model numbers were identical, your claim shifted to having ordered a 'GW-9400J-1JF.' As we have explained, that is a specific variant produced for the Japanese market which we do not carry, have never advertised, and did not sell to you. While we understand the nuances between international Casio models can be confusing, we provided exactly what was pictured and described at the time of purchase. Despite our fulfillment being 100% accurate to the order placed, we still offered you a full return and refund within our 30-day policy, which you declined in favor of keeping the watch. We take great pride in our reputation as a small business and stand by the integrity of our listings and our support team's efforts to resolve this for you.

I paid 70$ for 130$ headphone

I paid 70$ for 130$ headphone, yet it's been 13 days, the item still in US, been showing "In-Transit" for a while already, contacted the support, first told to wait till Friday, and contact back if not received by then, yet now when I contacted, told should arrive within a week, and I wanted to return the item, told if item is in transit, cannot cancel, as if stucking in transit is my fault, was my first attempt to buy from this shop, never again!
