I really enjoyed the stamp station workshop, Joey was really helpful and kind and there were so many lovely stamps to choose from! I was also very impressed by the amount of PET tape samples available and am very happy with my purchase 😀
After encountering pineapplestudio ‘in the wild’ at the Dutch Pen Show, i was made aware they were sold out of a specific ink, which i was told (and managed) to get online with them. They were also nice enough to consolidate the 2 consecutive orders i did. For which my thanks.

Do not buy from them
One item missing from parcel one item returned
No response from them since the end of April and not refund
Following reply at last from pineapple
as you can see neither issue has been resolved
1) they sent missing item on the 25/4 we are now the 15/5 no replacement received
2) no mention of refund for the trousers sent back
So no further forward
16/5/25 check the royal mail website and the missing item has not been delivered to my adress

I’ve ordered quite a few times from Pineapple Studio and every order has been amazing.
I love the stationery that the shop stocks and it’s great that you can buy their beautiful washi in loops so I can get a variety. They stock so many different shops products that are difficult to find in the U.K.
Orders arrive really quickly and beautifully packaged.
Joey at Pineapplestudioatuk brought her lovely goodies to StationeryFest in Manchester and I have since purchased via the website. There is such a unique selection of beautiful products that can't be found elsewhere. The package was beautifully presented and sent out really quickly.
